Abrielle was about to refute, but then she suddenly stopped.
"Don't argue just yet. Think what I have said. I'm not going to do anything you won't like or is not in our daughter's best interest," he assured her. He then patted her head before waking away to get ready for bed.
That night, Abrielle could not sleep for even a moment. She spent the whole night changing sides and walking back and forth inside the spacious chamber.
"Good morning, dear," as the morning arrived, King Zachary rose from his slumber.
"The dark circles around your eyes indicate that you haven't slept the whole night," He walked out of bed and stood beside her, facing the big open window.
"Did my words leave you worrying so much?' he asked.
"No, but I thought about it, and you were right. I was so blinded by love for her that I forgot that she had almost reached the next stage of her life," Abrielle told him.
