Luminous Enchantress || 빛나는 마법 부여

FROM THE GENERALIZED CLOUD OF A DULL silver coloring then came a snow blast so fierce and strong, as if the gods themselves had spoke into our existence. After the snow squall, our scenery looked as if the world around us had been painted onto the canvas of the mountain by an romantic artist.

Yet while it roared, sudden as it was, strong as it was, it sounded for all the world as if it was right overhead, we thought we would go up in the air on our way to the outskirts of the forest.

Wintry trees stood as ballet dancers poised to show the earth their grace, strength showed in how they remained utterly still in the seasonal gusts. Then when the leaves had fell, they seemed so proud, as if their silvery-brown skin was their true glory all along. I lifted my head into the wind, blue eyes pierced for that softly lit day.

Silently scared if this plan goes in the wrong way. . .

"Let me help you." Ana said.

"No, you're just gonna get in the way."

"Liyah, please? I don't know what to do if you're gone..."

"I have to do this, on my own. I created this mess and now I have to fix it."

"But what if you die, Princess? What if.." She began to cry. "What if I never see you again..."

I sighed before turning around, holding her close to me in the cold air. ".. Then that's the price I'm willing to pay." I put our heads together.

She shook her head constantly as tears rolled down her cheeks. "No, no, I'm supposed to protect you, remember? Not the other way around.."

"Don't do this, please. Aliyah-" I cut her off by kissing her softly. Salty droplets of her warm tears dripped and fell in the midst of the winter air.

Tears of my own formed a second before I pulled away... Seeing nothing but sadness in her luminous eyes. Pretty white eyes that I could never get out of my head. And that's where it hit.

Every memory of our time spent being together, from my first look at her at the waterfall to our first kiss, our first argument to the first time we slept to now where I'm risking my life to do something right in both communities of the government and my people. I had to do it. I had to let go.

My hand departed from her's as I couldn't stop looking at her. My heart dropped. The snow in the icy aura fell onto our encounter as I ran, six feet away from her, all whilst I transformed into my wolf self.

Stomping through the cold snow heading towards my destination.

"Aliyah, wait!" Ana yelled.

I turned back around. "I-I love you."

I smiled inside. I howled as my response to her back.

"I love you too." I thought.

Off I went, paddled through the wintery wonderland through the trees, snow melting every time they touched my fur. Leaving everything behind.

Praying to the moon that I had finally did something right....
