As much as he liked the opportunities it had once given him in the past, at this point he was not really in need of their services.

He could make far more money now with his forge skill and the connections he had made through the Blazegram forge than he ever could as just a platinum ranked adventurer.

Also, he was pretty intertwined with the kingdom of Borealia, so he was not wanting to become beholden to any other organizations.
