Jay:" Looks like I have a new stat Shell hardness, does that have any relation to my defence stat?"
Ginger:"Yes."
Jay:"Wow! and my intelligence stat is really high, but weirdly enough I don't feel any smarter."
Ginger:"The intelligence stat does not measure once own intelligence, but instead ones mana and mana regeneration."
Jay:"Ohhh, so it wasn't saying I was dumb."
Jay:"But I still don't have mana, why is that?"
Ginger:"It is not available to your species."
Jay:"Ah man that sucks, will I ever be able to use magic?"
Ginger:"It might be possible through evolution."
Jay:"Sweet I can evolve ."
Jay:"But that Hibernation skill really sucks, and its a passive so I have no control of it."
With that Jay closed the menu and looked around at the possibly new world he was in.
He looked around and everthing was blurry to him, he could hardly see and he couldn't see colour , but he could roughly see and estimate figures of his surrounding, he was in a little hole in the ground in the middle of a forest surrounded by huge trees from his perspective, there was also a tree next to him, and also his egg shell, along with many others around him.
Jay:"Oh yeah I forgot snails lay eggs in large numbers."
Jay tried moving around to get used to his new body but, he could not move, trying again he wiggled his body but still could not move, in a last dich of effort Jay tried leaning his body forward but still could not move.
Jay:"Ah! I can't move! what is this?"
Jay:"How so snails even move."
Jay:"Are they supposed to have feet of something?"
Ginger:"Yes."
Jay:"They have feet! I didn't know that."
Jay then started to move after he got control of his foot.
His siblings soon started to hatch one by one they all started to come of of their eggs, to his surprise they all started to move almost immediately after they were born, soon after they also started eating their eggs, Jay who was new to this life style soon followed in pursuit and took a bite.
Jay:"Woah!this tastes delicious, it tastes like vanilla ice cream."
Jay soon finished eating when ginger notified him.
Ginger:"69 Exp gained level up, 1 point to each stat 2 points added to shell hardness.
Jay:"Yes I leveled up,open menu."

Jay:"Close menu, looks like their are no big changes in the menu, except for Shell Armour, which sounds, I don't know, kinda stupid."
Jay:" Anyways I better get up at the top of tree, and fast, since snails travel so slow, if I don't start moving I am going to stave to death.
He stated moving from the little hole he was in, and slowly but surely reached the trunk of the tree and stated to crawl up the tree.
Jay:"But what about my siblings what are they going to do."
Jay turned his eye sockets to look at the back of his shell, and soon saw that they where following in pursuit.
They started crawling up the tree wanting, to reach the nearest branch for food, they soon reach a branch in about an hour, and when they were there,they immediately started eating, since they were hungry.
Jay:"Hmm it doesn't taste that bad, I could live with this."
Ginger:"2 Exp gained."
Jay:"Exp I thought you would only get that from killing and eating other animals."
Jay:"Oh yeah I did have an ability that said I gained Exp for eating plants."
For the rest of the Jay just ate, pooped and slept.
