Chapter 40

The mortal realm never changed and the only interesting thing left was how the mortals never got tired of repeating themselves. He was getting bored watching the same thing over and over. Sitting on the bench at a place they called a bus stop, he just stared at them with the same detachment he remembered the Sire having when he got angry at the mortals.

He could not remember the Sire's face nor those of his other brethren left in the holy realm. The punishment for their so called sins was never ending. Rohi was right about one thing, they had really fallen. The Sire would never allow anyone beneath his realm remember his appearance. Even someone as close to him as he was, but that wouldn't be a problem anymore.
