The sound of her foot connecting with the improvised punching bag over and over gave Reyna a sense of calm. She had been at it for a while and didn't feel like stopping anytime soon. This was what her body needed. The gruesome training kept her body inshape and her mind centered. Reyna feared that she had gone soft after the time she had spent in the Isle.

With the lack of physical activity in the Guardians routine, Reyna wondered how none of them was at the extreme of obesity. She was yet to see any old looking Guardians either except for Carina. Even Uri and the Matriarch who were about as old as the Isle itself, looked middle age at most. It must have had something to do with whatever magic their realm was made of.
