Getting Ready To Meet The Imperial Prince

I am too tired to focus on that godforsaken animal.

I hopped on my bed and snuggled under my sheets, and before I knew it I was gone.

-The Next Day-

"All done! wow, you look perfect." The maid said with her hands clasped next to her cheek.

I like the dress but I'm still not used to THESE types of dresses, you know, a crinoline.

"Thanks, Sherry, you're such a big help, even though you could have toned down a bit on the corset."

Sherry's eyes sparked with fire and immediately went up to my face, "Absolutely not! You need to look gorgeous in front of the imperial prince!" as she waved her left index finger towards the air in a motherly way.

"O-Okay. I was just expressing my thoughts on how I feel about this cage, and the thumbscrew specialized for my torso." I said while rolling my eyes.

"Okay let's do this, for the week you'll wear this dress, and in the meantime I'll schedule a meeting with a tailor. By then new dresses should be ordered in 5-7 days." 

"Sounds like wonders, now shall we go?" I said with a wide smile on my face.

I left my room and as I was heading to the bifurcated staircase there were a lot of paintings of my ancestors and family members yet not a single painting of me (except for the family portrait in the middle of the stairwell).

And you wanna know the first thought that came to mind:

Damn, this girls was some sad spoiled b-

"My lady, this way please" Sherry called.

"C-coming!"

I walked down the stairs trying my best not to trip over myself. I heard murmurs as I tried to reach the sitting room and saw my parents smiling faces talking to a man facing his back my direction.

"I was wondering where my daughter was." My so-called-father said to the man.

And bam! The moment the man turned around to see me, I. WAS. SHOCKED. 

HE WAS THAT HOT WANNABE MC GUY PLAYING THE PIANO!

His eyes widened and his sexy lips— I mean lips, regular human lips, flinched as well.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't my soon to be wedded wife." He said with a cheeky lopsided smirked.

"Soon to be wedded! What!"

"My dear, didn't we tell you that the crown prince was going to come to settle on the date of the wedding?" My mother said with calm poise.

"Ah, no! Do I look like I know anything that is happening right now!"

"Manners!" My father scolded.

"Sorry…" I sheepishly replied.

My gosh I swear! Who brought me to this world! It's one shocking event after the other. My heart can't take this anymore~
