For Hao Ren, putting together puzzles was like daily food for his brain, because as long as he lived in the orphanage there was no other game there that he could find to cover his boredom other than simple games like this.
"Usually before starting a mission there will always be an approval panel first, but now the mission just starts...what are the rules on each floor will be different huh..." Hao Ren muttered as soon as he noticed something was different from his current mission.
"And also why hasn't the system given me a clue how to get me to move this puzzle?"
Time continued to decrease but the System still didn't tell him how he could move the puzzle while it was still covered by the glass.
Not wanting to wait long, Hao Ren took the initiative to call the system first and asked, "Oi system, How do I move this puzzle when I can't even touch it?"
[Don't know, just think for yourself]
Hao Ren started to cough when he heard the System's manner of speech and response, which acted as if he didn't care. He was completely shocked and couldn't believe what he just heard or did he hear wrong?
"What's wrong with you System, you're not as usual. Am I there to make you angry?" He didn't know the reason why the System behaved like that to him.
[Not. It's just that on this floor you have to solve your own problems.]
"Oi, oi, oi, didn't you say you would always help me whenever I had a problem..." he sneered as he folded his arms across his chest.
[Don't be too spoiled, quickly complete your mission before your time runs out]
Hao Ren was surprised to hear that again but still managed to smile slightly while shaking his head slowly.
Various questions arose in his mind, 'Is it because he's not in a good mood? No, no way... After all does the system have emotions? I think he's just a program isn't he?'
'Ah, not care!' Hao Ren scratched his head that didn't itch trying to ignore .
"Fine..."
Not wanting to think about it any further, he began to focus on the round table in front of him that was only up to his small body and began researching how to move the puzzle that was still encased in the extremely hard glass.
After researching it for a long time, he was at his wits' end because he couldn't find an opening at all to open the glass, there was only one way he had thought of, namely by destroying it!
"Yes, there is no other way, maybe I should destroy it."
Hao Ren fixed himself on his choice. He then clenched his small fist which was wrapped in his Crushing Gloves tightly while taking a stance and then unleashed a full blow to shatter the glass as well as to test how strong his full blow power was now.
"Ouch!!"
As soon as his punch landed on the glass, instead of destroying it, the glass hit him back, causing his little body to bounce back and fall to where he was originally standing.
"Ugh!" Hao Ren felt as if the punch he had thrown out was hitting himself back.
[HP: 200/550] —> (-250)
For the first time, his HP, which had always been intact, was now reduced by half due to the impact of the counterattack he never expected.
"Damn it! What the hell just now..." Hao Ren groaned in pain as he tried to get back up.
He really didn't expect what had just happened and at the same time thought he was too careless! If only he had used one of his bare-handed skills to destroy the glass, maybe his HP would have decreased more or even been drained out.
Luckily he didn't and was able to avoid any bad things that might happen.
"I have to be more careful..." Hao Ren sighed a few times then steady his steps to return to the stairs where the glass was.
Not wanting to make the same mistake as before, he increased his vigilance and tried to think further before taking action.
"It would look ridiculous if I died like that."
Hao Ren again thought hard about how he could open this puzzle, a moment later he remembered one of his skills that allowed him to control objects from a certain distance.
And it really worked after Hao Ren tried it.
"Stupid! How come I just remembered!" He cursed himself.
Since he already knew how to move the puzzle pieces, Hao Ren started to use his Infinity Touch skill to move the puzzle pieces.
Unfortunately every time he moves the piece he has to use a skill and of course the skill requires Mana Point (MP) in every use, while Hao Ren's Mana Point is arguably still small.
[MP:116/120]
He then speculated, "When using this skill I need two mana per use... If count at least I should be able to move the fifty pieces of this puzzle to perfect form sixty times before my MP runs out..."
He then chuckled in annoyance when he found out. Unbelievable, the mission that he initially thought was easy has now turned into a very difficult one.
The mission this time forced him to be extra careful in every move he would take.
Luckily, before climbing the sixth floor, Hao Ren had already prepared some stock of MP recovery potions, although he actually didn't want to use them if he thought this mission should be easy. But it can't be helped, circumstances forced him to act like that.
Not wanting to think about it too much, he started to focus on examining each piece of the puzzle.
