It's been exactly three hours since me and Elliot made our deal. That meant under no circumstances was I to fall in love with him, or I'd lose my freedom. I've been in the kitchens baking and hiding from Elliot. I don't want to give him any chances to win me over. So far I've made chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter snickerdoodles, a red velvet cake, and cookies and cream macarons. I had my lemon macaron shells in the oven. I planned to make green tea, s'mores, chocolate fudge, eggnog, oreo, salted caramel, and french toast macarons for our wedding. I mean if we had a wedding. We could use the macaron to decorate the cake. That is if Elliot won my heart. Which he wouldn't. Will not. Never.
A shrill ding rang through the kitchen. I ran to the oven and turned it off. I put on my gloves and got my shells out of the oven and put them straight in the freezer. I got my piping bag ready. A maid tapped me on the shoulder. "The king requires your presence for dinner." I nodded. "I have lemon macaron shells in the freezer. Can you pipe this frosting and bring out these desserts?" She nodded.
