Destruction

"Sorry, I won't be able to fulfill my promise to you, Earth. Forgive me for failing, Natasha," These were the last thoughts Dev had before losing consciousness. He knew if he lost consciousness, he might never wake up again. He tried his best not to lose consciousness, but he couldn't stop himself from falling into oblivion. And, so he lost his consciousness again, only to result in golden light spreading all over his body.

All the researchers moved away due to the sudden appearance of light. They were shocked, and then they started laughing.

The golden light was slowly healing Dev's body.

"This strange light is the reason for him being special," The leader exclaimed, laughing while pointing at Dev.

"Sir, how do we capture this light?" Suddenly, everybody stopped laughing after hearing the question.

"The rulers wanted a result, and here is the result," The leader said and shrugged his shoulders.
