Time passed, Dev waited as he has already released the last of his Prana. He was only persisting until now by forcing him.

Fortunately for Dev, Gandiva didn't release any Prana to overpower his Prana. His power-core finally overwhelmed the bowstring, snatching the control.

"Boom!"

An explosion suddenly rocked Dev's heart. His face became pale, and he coughed out blood. 

The cause of the explosion was his water power-core. The sudden situation stumped Dev. He never expected this to happen in the end. His face became ugly due to his hard work until now failing.

No matter how optimistic or mature someone is, failing at the last step is never appreciated.

Dev slumped down on the ground unconscious due to exhaustion and the sudden injury caused by the explosion. Arjuna opened his eyes at that moment. A smile with hidden sadness appeared on his face seeing Dev unconscious.

"Good," he muttered, closing his eyes once more.
