Questions That Had No Answers

"Tell me, why did it happen to me?" Louise asked as his protector tried to pick him up. His protector only looked at him. He had no words to answer Louise's question, so he only stayed silent.

"Heh!" Louise couldn't help but smile disappointedly, seeing the helpless look on his protector's face.

"I know, you never wanted to do this. It was just your vow that forced you to do whatever I told you," Louise suddenly spoke.

"No, my lor-"

His protector wanted to respond, but Louise cut his speech off before he could complete the sentence.

"You don't have to lie to me," He said as he threw his protector's hands away and started standing up on his own.
