Ryou gave up so as not to hurt akane and the wolf released his grip to akane.

In the event that akane witnessed she couldn't handle ryou's situation so she stabbed herself to stop the wolf and the middle of fighting ryou was too shocked and the wolf.

[Ryou] Akane! please don't close your eyes!

In the heat of the blood that akane is lying on she sees ryou's tears dripping on her.

Daiki arrived to punish the wolf and the fox but ryou he asked daiki one last time to bury akane first before he was punished and akane bury beside the tree where ryou is sleeping when he was young.

After that ryou was punished to become a mythical creature fox soul and no one human can see him but at the very first time akihiko saw him and have a smell like akane.

and thats how ryou confused akihiko because he sees akane on him.

but on akihiko side, when he is with ryou, his feelings grow even more but he doesn't want ryou to leave him so every time he tries to hide it.
