"What was that?" Markos asked, looking up at Vladimars from the stack of firewood he'd been stacking. He felt a prickling sensation against his temples that faded as soon as he noticed it.
Vladimars uncurled from himself, stretching up to his height as he rose from the ground. He shed his cloak and began peeling off layers of soot covered clothing. "Nothing. I'm just tired. That wasn't at all like I expected and I pulled too deeply from my reserves." He replied with a shake of his head.
Caelyn finished his illusion ritual. He looked back at Markos and Vladimars. A large bamboo fence divided the pool in half so there was plenty of space for someone to enter the waters with some shred of privacy. "Don't worry about the horses. I can handle that. Vladimars go refresh yourself in the other area. I know you're probably eager for some time to yourself after several days of being trapped with us," he offered with a sly smile.
