Lin Fanzhi's Death

Lin Fan was smiling coldly towards the incoming Han Li.

Han Li feeling the gaze, tried to see his cultivation level, and was inmediately shocked because Lin Fan was already at 9th stage of Qi Condensation. Han Li looked at the surroundings and saw the dead bodies of his lackeys.

Han Li at the moment felt it was the right choice to ambush and kill Lin Fan today, if not who knows how strong he will get into the future. Han Li immediately sent a signal to the lackey behind to call for help and the lackey ran away very quickly to get help. Thankfully, Lin Fan did not see the running lackey as Han Li was surrounded by his other lackeys at the moment.

"What kind of MC is this Lin Fan and what kind of Cheat does this guy have." Han Li was thinking until he noticed the staggering difference between the present Lin Fan and The past Lin Fan. Hearing this Lin Fan was very angry but quickly regained composure. He did not think twice that Han Li was preparing for something or running away As Han Li was always arrogant.

Lin Fan saw the many lackeys coming towards him, He did not move and positioned his arms backwards and closed his eyes to feel like an expert. He wanted to completely shatter Han Li's confidence by easily killing them.

The many lackey gladly compiled the order of their master as they fully believed their young master was stronger than the trash. They all ran towards Lin Fan and unleashed a barrage of Punches, kicks some used different weapons.

Lin Fan did not put the lackeys in his eyes at all. He easily dodged the many lackeys attacks with his arms back wards and eyes closed. He twisted his body in all types of ways. Just as he was about to finally lill all of them in one go, He fell pain in his right soulder. He immediately opened his eyes and looked at blood coming from the hole in his shoulder. As a 1000. year old monster, he could easily endure such pain but was shocked and tried to search for the reason of his injury and saw Han Li with his hands stretched holdong a strange object.

' A spirit weapon!!' He had never seen such a weapon before, but from what he could tell, it shot sone projectiles.

"What a careless mistake I've made!. I should not have been so overconfident. I'm done playing around now! I will kill you immediately Han Li!!"

He immediately killed the lackeys surrounding him and ran towards Han Li.

Han Li shot few more shots at Lin Fan, but Lin Fan easinly dodged them. Theoritically, it should be impossible for a Qi condensation realm to dodge bullets, but due to some experience, Lin Fan succesfully managed to evade many bullets.

Lin Fan was already in front of Han Li. Han Li tried to run but Lin Fan immediately got hold of Han Li by holding his neck. He took the gun ot of Han Li's hands and threw it.

"You Dogfucker!! You dare wound me!! If, I was not careless that time, I would still be able to dodge those shots while closing my eyes. Do you really think you could have wound me otherwise!?"

Lin Fan let the rage get hold of him for a second but immediately calmed down after the rant. He looked at the struggling Han Li in his arms and smiled coldly.

"Look, How have things changed right now, Before you use....."

Lin Fan looked at his chest and found a hole twice as large then in his shoulder from which blood was gushing out, He immediately let go of Han Li, and started to run towards Lin estate, because he knew, if he delayed he would die.

Han Li shot several qi bullets at Lin Fan while coughing from which one of them hit Lin Fan's leg. He struggled for a bit before he died.

(When Lin Fan had knocked the gun out of his hand, He immediately recalled it in his mind to his hand. He focused quite a lot of Qi in the bullet to make a fatal wound in Lin Fan's chest. As for why Han Li did not shoot while Lin Fan was pretending ro be an expert and not moving because, He was scared Lin Fan could hear the sound of bullet tearing through wind and manage to dodge, so he had to keep him occupied. He only manage to shoot his right shoulder because the guy was dodging too fast)

Han Li rested in the floor for quite some time before thinking, 'Damn I nearly died, but it looks l was lucky enough to kill Lin Fan, I guess I have some plot armour myself if I managed to kill an MC'

He went near the Lin Fan's corpse and he shot some bullets again to confirm Lin Fan was dead. He then beagan to check if there were any secret techniques or items in his possession.

"Like I thought, there is no secret technique or item . He should have it inside his mind or something like that"

He could not help put feel it was a pity for the cheat to just disapper, but he could do nothing, suddenly he saw a silvery light coming from Lin Fan's body.

"You bastard!!! I will take over your body and slaughter you entire family, So you can suffer in hell watching your family die."

It was Lin Fanzhi's Soul. The soul brought Han Li great pressure, as it was a Soul of a very high level cultivator. He vould not even move a muscle and was directly crushed into the floor. He felt he was going to be a meatpaste, if he had to face the pressure for some seconds longer.

Lin Fanzhi's soul flew inside Han Li's body to takeover him. But unfortunately, for him, it did not go as he planned. When he tried to destroy Han Li's soul with his improved soul, a blood red light emerged from Han Li's soul and Lin Fanzhi's soul was instead devoured. The baffled Lin Fanzhi could not fathom what just happened and his soul was devoured before he could understand anything.

On the other hand, Han Li was releived due to pressure disappearing. He tried to check upon himself but felt pain all over his body. He didnot move and just stayed down.

' Huh! I am not a different person yet, I am pretty sure, that guy tried to take over my body, but I don't feel anything weird except the pain'

' Could it be, I was given some other cheat item when I was sent to this world?'

Han Li was suddenly in the white dimension, he did not evven see the surroundings change, and he was here once again, after a single day.

Then suddenly the white dimension changed. The pure white color of the dimension changed into sinister blood red color. He was no longer floating and was standing in pitch black rough land. Han Li smelled the rotten foul scent of the world everywhere and was immediately disgusted. This place gave extremely sinister vibe.

He looked upwards in the sky and saw there was no clouds, but a black sun. No, it was not a sun but a huge black skull in a distance shining red light to this realm. He could faintly feel some pressure when he directly looked at it.

" W-where is th-his place?" said Han Li feeling extremely uncomfortable with the whole change in setup.

"Fear not, Little one, it is I who have brought you to this place"

said a voice which reminded him of god but this time the voice felt vile and dark. The voice was as always heard from every direction.

"Why d-did you b-bring me here?"

"Look at me little one and you shall know"

Han Li instinctly looked at the huge floating black skull, instead of pressure like last time, he saw some visions when he looked at the skull.

Han Li's eyes looked dead for a moment before some light returned to them.

"You want my help to get you out of this realm?"

"Indeed, Heaven has suppressed me for many universal cycles. Time has started and ended many times while I am imprisoned here in this realm, So I need your help to break me out of here."

Han Li looked at the skull somewhat baffled. From the visions, he got to know he was speaking to the Great Demon God who was suppressed by heavens for seemingly very long period of time, seeing he stated time had ended and started. The one who transmigrated him here was the Great Demon God. As for the mission it was to help him break free. He knew there were two people before him who had transmigrated before him, both of them had died because they refused to work for someone and wanted to be in control.

"So How can I help?"

"Hehe good, you are not like those before you, After all, I chose you after carefully considering it this time."

Han Li was ecstatic right now, even though he was working for someone, He did not care. He was not like one of those protagonists, where they want to be the supreme and had to be in control every time, he was fine as long as he could have some fun, besides if he were to object he too would be destroyed like those idiots before him. And now he could use different cheat items. How cool was that?

The demon asked "What is it?"

With that he was gone.

Han Li woke up in his room. He was alone in the room at that moment. He was bandaged all around the body and there was a medicinal smell coming in the room.

He closed his eyes, but felt there was some change in his memories like there wer new additional set of memories. He knew it was Lin Fan's memories. He tried to see through it, but could only see some parts. Thankfully one of them was about the cheat item. He also found some useful high garde martial arts and spells he could use in future.

With that, he began to search for the cheat item. From the conversation, just now he knew he would have the cheat item and when he was checking, he found a mysterious black book resting in his soulspace. He has a very powerful soul due to the Great Demon God's powers and absorbing Lin Fanzhi, so naturally he would be able to open up soulspace.

He got near to it and read the title of the black book.
