[59] The Visit

"We've been through a bunch of fields and though it's okay that you haven't found yours yet, I have to say, Faye... I didn't expect you to be the last one standing." Thomas looked down at Faye as she sulked, processing the loneliness she felt without the others around her.

"Maybe it's just that I haven't figured myself out yet... I don't exactly know how to do that," she shrugged, laughing nervously.

"It takes time, and it takes experience. Sitting and actually thinking about it is the least helpful action to take. We go out and make memories and learn things and sometimes it comes to us so unexpectedly. Maybe that's what you need to do," he suggested, smiling at her.

"Is that what you did?" she asked him, curiously.
