[88] The Voice of a Survivor

Word of Faye’s revelation had reached the rest of Valendale faster than it took to call a flash of lightning down in the middle of a storm. After Faye had spent her night up in the Residence, Julie had informed her of sunrise in the minutes to come, and she’d reported back to Academy Seven, in which she realised she had much bigger problems coming.

“Where the hell is the medic?” Luke shouted, frustrated.

“They’re coming, they’re coming, let’s go we have to go get these goddamned costumes before they run out,” Peter told him, pulling him inside.

Faye looked around to find Guardians rushing about frantically. She wondered what had happened.

“ALL MY DANCE CLOTHES ARE MISSING WHAT THE FU-” Liz screamed, running past Faye.

“What in the world is going on?” Faye thought to herself out loud.

“Hey, guys, Faye is back!” Ethan said, rushing over to her, out of breath.

“Ethan what the hell is happening, why is everyone so...” Faye couldn’t finish her sentence.
