Xander had been quiet since he got back from work. Abigail had eyes on him all the time. They had dinner together silently. It was the quietest dinner she ever had with him. 


Abigail tried to start the conversation quite a few times, but after noticing his sullen look she didn’t dare to open her mouth. Now they were sitting on the couch side by side watching TV. However, Abigail knew his mind was not there even if his eyes were centered on the television.
