Chapter Two
A group of high school students giggled as they watch singer Li Xiaoyao's music videos.
" He's so hot!"
" He's Mine...!"
" Hey, Have you heard that Li Xiaoyao just came back from his concert in the Philippines!?"
" Really...?!," They said in unison.
She nodded aggressively.
" Mahal ko kayo Pilipinas!" Li Xiaoyao said from his concert clip in the Philippines which means, I love you Philippines.
They pouted.
" Argh! I'm jealous!" she whined.
" Flash report, Singer Li Xiaoyao is back..."
Every billboard in the town has Li Xiaoyao's picture in it, That's how famous he is. Everyone knows him, especially in China.
" We're the opposite, He's full of luck while I have bad luck," Syla said while looking outside the window, watching the short music video clips of Li Xiaoyao.
Suddenly, her tummy growled," Oh. I guess I'm hungry"
They arrived at the buffet, his manager grabbed his wrist," Let's eat somewhere else"
Li Xiaoyao shook off his hands and wore his mask and shades," No"
" It's crowded here, My dear," His manager said almost begging.
Li Xiaoyao sat on the chair," So?"
Sighed, He sat down across him," Don't be so hard-headed, Do you want the Paparazzi to see you-"
He called the waiter.
" What's your order, sir?"
" Chongqing noodles, please."
The Waiter nodded and left.
Li Xiaoyao glanced at his manager," Eating? See me eating? What's so wrong with that?" he said obviously not caring at all.
Sigh," Okay, I give up"
Just when Li Xiaoyao was about to look somewhere else, Syla came.
"...No, We broke up, okay?" she said through the phone," Yes... I'm sick of him... He was never been, my first love"
She sat down on the table across from Li Xiaoyao," I need to go now, bye," the call ended.
The Manager gently patted his shoulder," Who are you looking at?"
He remained silent as he stares at Syla behind her back.
His Manager looked back, and notice Syla," You can't fall in love"
Li Xiaoyao smirked and rolled his eyes," You're crazy"
" Just reminding you, it shows it the contract"
" Yeah, Whatever"
" Hi Everyone, Welcome to our- I mean, my vlog, So, as you can see I'm here lining up at the bus station along with other visitors or passengers from the different sides of the world going to the Great Wall of China in Beijing! Stay tuned!" she said and hide her camera inside her bag.
Her Facial expression, just after she closed her camera, her smile disappeared.
Sighed.
She has been a blogger for 5 years now. This is her first blog without Marcus.
She has been a famous blogger after her video of painting Marcus went viral. Since that day, they're known for the nickname Power couple.
Zhao Xingren, The CEO of the Box Entertainment, extended his arms," Welcome back, My Dear"
Sigh," Hey boss," he said and refused the hug.
They sat on the couch across from each other.
Zhao Xingren chuckled," How was the trip?"
" It was nice"
Zhao Xingren noticed the jacket he's wearing," Where did you buy that? That doesn't look like your style"
" Someone lend it to me"
" Manager Ling, Is Xiaoyao in debt?"
" Oh no, My Dearest CEO, he's not. The Girl just thought he's cold-"
Zhao Xingren's eyes widened," Girl"
Manager Ling was about to open his mouth when Li Xiaoyao stood up.
" Huh?"
" I'm tired because of the jet lag, I'll leave you guys for now," then, he left.
They watched him leave their sight.
" Is he okay?"
" I don't know"
Li Xiaoyao went back to his Apartment. In the Bathroom, Li Xiaoyao was showering while listening to the " What hurts the most" song by Rascal Flatts.
Sighed.
He hummed.
"...I pretend I'm okay, but that's not what it gets me," he sang.
After a few minutes, he went to his bedroom, already wearing his nightgown while gently rubbing his wet hair with a towel.
He noticed the Jacket from earlier laying on his bed.
The Jacket is color grey with a hood and also a cute rabbit sticker on the side," Not bad"
He hangs it inside his cabinet.
" She's lucky, I wonder if she's a fan," he murmured.
They just got off the bus, Everyone is thrilled after seeing the sight of the Great Wall of China.
She looked outside," That's bigger than I thought," she murmured.
There's a lot of tourists, you could see couples everywhere.
They started climbing, she just only took a few steps but she suddenly got tired.
" I want to go home...," sighed.
She took her camera out and start recording.
" Hi! So now, I'm here," she laughed " It's really tiring, but guys I just took 50 steps, and here I am like a dying donkey"
Few hours later, Li Xiaoyao stretched his arms and gently played the " River Flows In You" using his Piano.
He closed his eyes, feeling the song as he gently pressed the piano tiles.
