"Why you want me to be your bodyguard I even lose the fight with Vance, there is no reason and if you really need one, your family can hire those mercenary soldiers or even pay a huge money to get you a Royal guard one". Anzen said as he staring at Lucy who was somehow staring at him with blue pupils, actually it his first time talking to a girl in his life! and Lucy was quite beautiful, her blue gazes are like the blue sky, her skin was not too white but it looks fascinating.

Yet even this is Anzen's first time talking to a girl but he didn't show any sign of nervousness or shyness, he was living on his own since young so he doesn't know much about love.

Heard that Lucy's expression went surprised, she knew that what he said was true and if she tells him that she was just pitying him and want to give him a job.

Seeing Lucy keep quiet Anzen couldn't help but thinking that she was weird or maybe she wanted to revenge him by hiring him and use him as a slave!

Anzen's expression went cold as he closes his eyes to thinking, 'but she doesn't look to be that kind of person there must be another reason.

Seeing Anzen closed his eyes Lucy thinks that he might now be thinking that she was weird and she doesn't want that to happen so she couldn't help but tell him the truth.

"Anzen actually why I wanted you as a bodyguard was because you look kind and you are a good person since you protect me and not caring about yourself after the fight Vance walked away he must be scared of you!" Lucy said as she thinking in her head. 'I can't tell him the truth he will surely mad at me wait but this is also the truth that he was a good person and he can save me from Vance!'

Anzen sees Lucy spoke those words before closed her eyes and nodded.

'I see so she misunderstood that I was helping her, anyways it would be benefitting to me since I will get more money than stealing and I would have free foods for every meal, Her family was rich so that they will surely pay a lot!' Anzen thought as his expression becomes bright.

'I don't know what she really thinking but thinking about free food every meal I could just accept her deal'

"How much you willing to pay me and there was also free food every meal right?" Anzen asked a girl in front of him as he then staring into her blue gaze.

"I will pay you two silver coins a month, with food for every meal also you can move in to live near my family's mansion," Lucy spoke as she revealed a smile.

Anzen then turns behind before walks into his old cottage, seeing that Lucy was shocked before a sad expression can be seen on her face.

"Why did you make that face, you don't want me to be your bodyguard anymore?" Anzen said without turning in her direction.

"I thought you denied me since you just walked away without saying anything," Lucy said before turning her head down, she looks sad.

Seeing that Anzen laughing out loud, "I just getting my stuff before I leave with you or you want me to start my work another day?" Anzen said as he stopped picking up his stuff on the floor before turn to look at Lucy who was standing with a smile after hearing his words.

"No, nothing you can start the work today after we go back to the mansion" Lucy happily said as she revealed an excited smile.

Actually, he was her first bodyguard, she was too scared to hire other men they look scary and she couldn't believe them since they can kidnap her but for Anzen she can feel that he was never thinking about that, she can see that his eyes were different from other men while he looking at her.

"Let's introduce ourselves first since from now we will work together". Lucy spoke as she reaches her hand towards Anzen who was looking at her.

"I'm Lucy Flos"

"I'm Anzen, just Anzen"

Anzen also reached his hands to grab the hand that reached towards him.

Two figures standing in front of a big mansion entrance, there is a big sign stick on the wall that was written "Flos's Mansion" on it.

"Welcome back, Miss Lucy". A butler then walks toward them, he was an old man wearing a butler set, he has white hair and a white mustache that goes along with him. He has a tall figure and yet Anzen can sense the strong aura's coming from under those butler sets.

'He was another level', Anzen thought as he was thinking that if the butler here was there when he started a fight with Vance no wonders, he and Vance will be beaten.

"Good morning Sebastian, this is my new bodyguard his name is Anzen, Anzen this is Sebastian he is my family butler". Lucy introduced them to each other however Anzen can feel a dangerous gaze coming from that old man.

"Good morning Mister Anzen, I am Sebastian the butler of Flos's family I have served them for almost 40 years", Sebastian said as he reaches his hand towards Anzen.

"Good morning old man, I am Anzen Miss Lucy's bodyguard". Anzen reaches his hand to do their handshake at that moment Anzen can feel the grip's strength from a hand of an old man, the grip was meant to break his hand! yet Anzen didn't speak anything as he also put all of his strength into his grip.

'This old monster trying to break my hand but I won't let you do that easily' Anzen put more strength into his grip as he raised his gaze to look at the old man in front of him but still, he feeling like his hand slowly getting crushed at that time.

At that time Sebastian's eyes widened as he carefully looks at the youth in front of him, he was sure that he was already broken Anzen hand yet there were no traces of pain can be seen on Anzen face, it was like he didn't feel the pain at all even the soldiers with battle experience can't do this, No even him can't completely hide a painful feeling as Anzen did.

Lucy who was now still confused that two of them were shaking their hand for more than two-three minutes now but before she could notice what was happens, the two stopped their handshake as Anzen turns his gaze to look at her before smiles.

"Eh is there anything wrong?" Lucy asked with a confused expression.

"No, everything was fine" Anzen spoke as he turns his gaze back to Sebastian who was nodded before showing a warm smile to Lucy as he speak out "Miss Lucy I will introduce him to others people while take him around the mansion".

"No, it's okay Sebastian I will make him my own don't worry I don't want to disturb your work"

"But Miss Lucy it-" before Sebastian could finish his sentence Lucy was held Anzen hand and quickly walked away leaving Sebastian standing alone, she knew that Sebastian worried about Anzen but she knew that he was a good person.

Anzen then following Lucy who was holding his hand before he turns to look at the old man behind whose staring at him with a stern's expression before he uses his mouth to say "Don't you dare touch her" without a sound, Anzen revealed a smirk before turns his gaze back to Lucy.

Saw that Sebastian was about to lunge himself towards them but someone was calling him at the same moment. "That kid if he dares touch her, I will surely kill him" Sebastian raised Lucy since she was a baby Mr.Flos was giving him a duty to take care of her so Sebastian loves Lucy as if she was his daughter.

"Hey Lucy can you stop holding my hand, I feel hurt" heard that Lucy seems to notice that she was holding Anzen hand before she starts blushing.

But she then think of something before turns toward him, "What happens to your hand?" Lucy asked with a worried's expression.

'What's up with this woman' Anzen thought as he thinking about Sebastian's grip before he answer. "I got it from the battle yesterday" before he forced himself to smile.

Seeing that Lucy was cared for him feels like his heart begin to beat harder at that time.

'What is this feeling? It's so nice and warm'.

Anzen, think while turning his gaze to looks at a girl in front of him.

A scenery that Lucy was holding his hand while her eyes was staring focused to his hand with serious expression affect his heart.

She was a beautiful girl, Anzen knew that but he was thinking about the thing called love, his grandmother has taught him about it.

And yet he knew that somehow he has interested in her.
