Remembering The Past

Often times, words will be forgotten. However, the memories will always be remembered. Jangjun aka JJ is able to forget every word of Nana which sometimes hurts.

However, JJ couldn't forget the memories of that time. Every second he spends with Nana, it will be a memory for Jangjun.

Jangjun used to have a nickname JJ when he lived in Seoul, South Korea, as a child, before he decided to live in Indonesia and he is even better known as Ujang. Handsome man of Korean-Indonesian descent.

At that time Jangjun and Nana were playing at Neverland, Seoul.

After riding a few rides, Jangjun and Nana sat down on a lounger. A breeze brushed the black hair of the two fourteen year olds.

Jangjun glanced at Nana for a moment.

Nana's eyes were closed, the ifu girl looked up while feeling the wind blowing against her beautiful face.

Jangjun smiled at the behavior of the girl sitting next to him.

Jangjun ventured closer to Nana's face.

Wusshhh!!!

The wind was blowing hard, making Nana's long hair flutter in all directions. Including hitting Jangjun's handsome face which is now a few centimeters from Nana's cheek.

"Gyaaa! JJ want to do what?! You pervert?!"

On reflex, Nana pushed Jangjun roughly. And luckily, Jangjub was able to hold on to the side of the chair, so Jangjun didn't fall off the chair.

"You have good reflexes too, Nana-chan," said Jangjun to the Japanese girl who studied in Seoul.

"JJ will do what? Why are you so close?" said Nana, annoyed.

Jangjun was silent ever since. A second later, Jangjun looked at Nana again. He pulled both of Nana's arms, so that Nana faced him.

Jangjun tucked a strand of Nana's hair behind her ear, leaving Nana stunned for a moment.

"I just want to enjoy the beautiful carving of your face up close, Nana-chan," Jangjun said softly while stroking Nana's cheek.

Nana immediately pushed Jangjun's hand away from his face.

"Ugh... why the hell, J? You're weird!"

Nana turned her face away, avoiding Jangjun's gaze. Nana hid her blushing face from embarrassment.

"Nana-chan?"

"Hmm?"

"Your father is a beggar, huh?"

Nana's head hit Jangjum's head, hard.

"It's good to say that Papa is a beggar! Papa is a big boss, you know!!" Nana murmured. Nana felt insulted by Jangjun's words earlier.

"Huufftt!!"

Jangjun could only take a deep breath, rubbing his face roughly.

In fact, Jangjun had intended to brag to Nana. Gombalan typical of Indonesians, the country of origin of Jangjun's father.

"Why does it seem like JJ is the one getting annoyed, um? It should be Nana who is annoyed," Nana snapped again.

"It's not like that, Nana who is cute, beautiful, and not arrogant. JJ just wanted to make fun of Nana. You are insensitive!" said Jangjun, half hissing.

"Ooooooooooooooooo...."

That was Nana's only reaction.

"Nana just had to say 'Eh, how did JJ know?' just like that, Nana. What's so hard about it?"

Joon looks even more annoyed.

"Oke."

Even though Nana doesn't fully understand what Jangjun means, what's wrong with making her friend happy.

"Okay, do it again, okay?

Nana-chan~?" called Jangjun in a soothing voice.

"Yes, J?"

"Your father is a farmer, right?"

"Eh, how did JJ know?"

Nana pretended to be surprised.

"Because Nana has planted the seeds of love in my heart," said Jangjun, holding Nana's hands.

"Huuft, a bunch of loose change! Nana is normal."
