Chapter 28

The white-haired enemy shinobi felt uneasy as he suddenly began to get a very dangerous feeling from Naruto.

He then quickly activated stage 2 of his curse seal. Big thick bones came out from his back as his complexion darkened. The eye scales changed from white to black, while the iris of the eye turned yellow.

He quickly started running to attack Naruto again as the bones came out of his arm.

Naruto quickly kicked the shinobi running towards him and flew him backwards.

"Very strong!" The shinobi thought when he realized that his arm was broken.

"I've never used this on someone before. You should be proud to be my first subject." Naruto said as his eyes changed to mangekyou sharingan.

Naruto then looked into the enemy's eyes and said, "Tsukuyomi."

At that moment, the enemy suddenly found himself tied to the cross. In front of him, there were dozens of Naruto holding swords in their hands.

"This is my space. I will torture you here for hours. I hope you can hold on." Naruto said before thrusting the sword into his body.

After that, all the Naruto there started to stab him with their swords. Every time the sword pierced him, he screamed in pain.

Only a few seconds had passed in the real world.

Naruto appeared next to his fallen enemy, who had fallen unconscious to the ground.

"You were unlucky enough to be my enemy. I hope you live happily in your next life." Naruto said before smashing his opponent's neck with a powerful kick.

Naruto then started running in the direction Sasuke was running from. A short time later, he saw Sasuke and accelerated even faster, blocking his way.

"You've come to the end of the road now, Sasuke. Surrender now, you can't run away any longer." Naruto said.

"So he was after you because you had a special power. Now everything is clearer. But you still won't be able to take me back. I need to get stronger and I will have taken my first step by beating you here!" Sasuke said when he saw Naruto's transformed form.

Sasuke then activated the stage 2 of his cursed seal. Thus, his skin darkened, and two wing-like hands protruded from his back. His eyes changed color as his hair grew longer.

"Yes! I can finally defeat you with this power! HAHAHA!" Sasuke laughed like a villain.

"Come on, let me show you real power." Naruto said with a sarcastic grin.

Sasuke grunted as he ran towards Naruto and tried to punch him in the face. But before the punch could reach its target, Sasuke was suddenly thrown to the side.

Sasuke managed to land on both feet by turning over while he was in the air.

"How did he hit me? I couldn't even see it with my sharingan!" Sasuke thought confusedly.

"Oh? Won't you beat me? Come on! I am waiting for you!" Naruto said sarcastically.

Sasuke was so angry that he didn't notice the newly formed third comma on his sharingan. He then started running towards Naruto, forming a chidori glowing black in his hand.

Naruto looked at the chidori in Sasuke's hand and thought, "Last time I couldn't compare techniques. But this time I can compare."

Naruto also rushed towards Sasuke after forming a rasengan in one hand.

They both jumped forward at the same time and clapped their hands in the air.

Sasuke's chidori managed to hold out for a while, but failed to win against rasengan. After chidori was destroyed, rasengan slammed into Sasuke's body, knocking him unconscious as he was thrown backwards.

Naruto came to Sasuke, who was unconscious on the floor, and he said, "Looks like you lost, but you're lucky at least you didn't die. That way you will be able to return safely."

He took it on his back after tying Sasuke's hands and feet and started towards Konoha.

On the way to Konoha, Naruto noticed Kakashi coming towards them on the way.

"Naruto! Sasuke? How is he?" Kakashi asked as he approached.

"Not too injured."

"Why did you tie your hands and feet?" Kakashi asked.

"Sigh* He's a traitor now. How should I deal with someone who is a traitor?" Naruto said while jumping from branch to branch.

Kakashi didn't appear to be upset from the outside, but Naruto clearly understood that he was upset.

"How's my team doing?" Naruto asked.

"Many are in an injured state, but their injuries do not appear to be serious at first glance." Kakashi replied.

After a while, the two reached Konoha and went straight to the hospital.

As Naruto placed Sasuke on the bed and tied his limbs, he said, "He's in captivity right now. You have to act accordingly. We can't afford to let him run away again."

Medical-nin nodded, then began checking Sasuke's condition.

Naruto, on the other hand, left the room and went to find Shikamaru to inquire about the status of the team members.

"Shikamaru, what's their status?" Naruto said as he approached Shikamaru and Temari.

"Oh? Naruto, I don't know much about their situation. They are inside right now, Hokage-sama is looking after them. What about Sasuke?" Shikamaru asked.

As soon as Shikamaru asked, Tsunade came out of the room.

"Naruto, do you have a wound?" Tsunade asked while her eyes scanned Naruto's body.

"I wasn't injured, but what I'm really worried about is my team. How are they good?" said Naruto.

"They are fine, they can go after a few days in the hospital. What about Sasuke?" Tsunade said.

"Mission completed successfully. But there are a few important snags."

"Hm? What?" Tsunade asked curiously.

At that moment, Sakura came running as she said, "Naruto! How is Sasuke, is he alright?!"

Naruto stared at Sakura for a moment, confused.

"Sakura! This is a hospital. Behave properly." Tsunade said angrily.

Sakura immediately shrunk in fright.

"I successfully brought Sasuke back as I said. I tried to persuade him at first as I said. However, he continued to flee, after he made it clear that he wanted to go to Orochimaru.. After I caught him and knocked him unconscious, I brought him to the hospital. He is currently being treated in the room." Naruto said while pointing to the room where he was taking Sasuke.

Sakura immediately turned around and started running to Sasuke's room. But Naruto suddenly stepped in front of her and pushed her backwards.

"What the hell are you doing? He is now considered a traitor. No one but the authorities can enter his room." Naruto said while looking at Sakura who fell to the ground.

"Traitor? Sasuke?" Sakura thought as she looked at the ground in confusion.

"Sigh* Naruto is right. I'm going to assign several anbu to watch Sasuke. That way, he won't be able to try to escape again." Tsunade said it and she went to check on Sasuke.

"Temari? What are you doing here?" Naruto asked as he closed over to Temari.

"Me and my brothers were sent to help you." Temari replied with a smile.

"Then thank you for your help. As a thank you, if you have time, how about I treat you to dinner?" Naruto said while smiling.

"Dinner? Just with me?" Temari asked.

"Sure, if you want it too." Naruto said.

Temari couldn't answer as her face turned pink.

Shikamaru thought from the side, "Sigh* What a drag."
