Chapter 47

They were standing in front of the body Itachi was supposed to be.

"So he wasn't his real body, he was just a puppet." Kakashi said while looking at the strange body in front of him.

"He was one of Sunagakure's disappearing shinobi." Chiyo said.

Afterwards, they continued on their way without wasting much time.

If Naruto wanted, he could teleport everyone there at once thanks to Hiraishin. But why would he do such a thing? And he didn't need to, because he knew that Akatsuki would be in for a surprise right now.

A thin red chakra was emerging from Gaara's body and entering a beast's mouth. The holograms were all resting on the monster's fingers. If Naruto was here, he would know that monster is Juubi.

"It takes a long time to remove the tailed beast chakra as we are few. And for some reason, far less chakra comes out than it should." The leader considered the hologram.

At that moment, the Itachi-like hologram opened his eyes. When the leader saw this asked him, "What happened?"

At that very moment, the red chakra that was coming out of Gaara ended and it stopped coming out anymore.

"How's Kyuubi's jinchuuriki look like?" Sasori asked while looking at Itachi.

"Do whatever you want." The leader said before his hologram disappeared. Soon after, the other holograms were gone.

"Let him stay alive, I will turn him into a human puppet when I am available." Sasori said.

After walking for a while, Team Kakashi and Chiyo finally came to the front of the cave, which was closed by a large rock.

"Five-Seal Barrier. It will be a little difficult for us to pass." Chiyo said while looking at the seal tag on the rock.

"Yeah, we'll have to find the other four tags." Kakashi said as he looked around in hopes of finding other seal tags.

"Ahem* Don't worry, I understand a little bit of fuinjutsu." Naruto said before walking towards the rock.

A brush dipped in ink appeared in Naruto's hand. Then he started to draw something on the seal on the rock using that brush. Others watched him with interest.

Naruto after finishing drawing said, "Karin, you need to attack the rock right after you remove the seal. Everyone get to their seats and get ready."

Everyone then took their seats and waited for Naruto to pull the seal tag.

Naruto pulled away as soon as he had removed the seal tag, just as Karin slammed her fist on the rock, and the rock had crumbled.

"Go!" Kakashi said, then everyone entered the hole at once.

They saw two people standing in front of them when they entered. Also, Gaara was lying unconscious on the ground.

"So you're Kyuubi's jinchuuriki." Deidara said while looking at Naruto.

"Remember, we mustn't hurt him." Sasori said.

"Don't worry, I'll just have a few exploding. After all, he needs to know that art is an explosion." Deidara said with a grin.

Sasori quickly brought his tail close to Deidara's body and said menacingly, "We need to get him alive, not dead. I don't want to hear your bullshit anymore."

"I warn you, you will suffer greatly if you do not give Gaara to us now." Naruto said.

"Giving him to you? Hahaha! Get him if you can!" Deidara said as the clay in his hand turned into a large bird. Later, he got on the bird while he was taking Gaara's body and fled.

Karin and Chiyo remained in the cave, while Naruto and Kakashi followed him.

Kakashi said while chasing Deidara, "I'll try to take him down using my Sharingan. At that moment, you catch Gaara."

Naruto objected, "You don't need to do anything like that. I can get him down more easily using his sage mode. Meanwhile, you try to finish off with Chidori. Or better, take Gaara and getaway. Our priority right now is Kazekage."

Kakashi nodded in agreement, then sneaked into the forest and began following.
