After a short time, Isshiki was absorbed by Naruto despite all his efforts.

After Naruto absorbed him, he felt his body begin to change. That's why he went to his own dimension.

"Is he dead?" Kaguya said when he saw Naruto entering the dimension.

"Yes, new changes are occurring in my body right now. We will stay here until the change is over. Of course, you can go back to Konoha if you want to." Naruto said, and then, without waiting for her answer, he sat and closed his eyes and began to feel the changes in his body.

Of course, Kaguya did not return to Konoha, but sat opposite Naruto and watched him. She was making up her mind while watching him.
