Find me in your memory

Alexei felt a void in his body with the recent event with his love and young miss dying. Then seeing his own master being stabbed by one of their own people.

He had been roaming around the district since the past few days. It used to be a way of clearing his head now things are only worse.

He checked the time in his watch for upteenth time only to see it passing as slowly as his life.

Before he could notice a young girl came and bumped into him with extreme force making both of them fall down.

He got up and brushed off the dust in annoyance as he looked at the asian girl. Kids these days dont look at anything except their phones. He sighed and thought of leaving but looking at her, it reminded him of michelle who met him for the first time by bumping into him.

He knew Michelle would honestly kick him if he leaves this young girl stranded here. This is one of the most dangerous districts. This would be a very bad idea.

"Hey girl, get up. I don't have alot of time here" he said in annoyance.

The girl slowly looked at his hand then shifted her eyes to his face. Her face brightened visibly when she looked at him. He frowned looking at her.

Alexei didn't want to help the girl anymore after looking at her face. So he thought it was better if he just walked away minding his own business. He turned back and started walking in the opposite direction.

Alexei stilled when he heard her. Not all the people around the district knew his name, only very few have ever seen him. He has always been the one taking care of the security inside the palace.

So knowing this could be a trap he continued to walk away.

Alexei turned immediately when he heard that because only his young miss called him that when they were alone. He was an year younger than Adrian but an year older than Elena. Elena and him were stuck together since the start.

Alexei was one of the first recruits of Adrian's army. Being recruited at the age of 11, he basically grew along with Adrian and Elena. He knew Elena since she was born. Though in public he acted like a shadow. They were always very close at home. Adrian took care of him just like his own brother.

Lexi was what Elena called him when she had to really convince him for some mischief.

He walked towards the girl and pulled her up in a single pull. His eyes were so red that it could have scared anyone.

"How do you know her" he asked in rage.

Xiulin looked him in the eye and didnt move a bit.

"How do i know who again?" she asked with a smile. A smile chilled his heart. Was she one of the killers?

Xiulin was just so happy to see Alexei that she didn't even think about what she looks like. She looked liked a complete weirdo who was definitely scaring Alexei with just a smile.

Alexei's made a fist and immediately aimed at Xiulin with his other hand but Xiulin caught with her hand. Though she isnt equal to his power but knowing his strengths and his moves was very helpful.

This made her only more happier as he dropped her and tried aim another one only for her to kick his legs making him lose balance.

"Classic lexi move. Double punch" she said with a giggle as she dodged his kick.

Alexei stopped when he heard the sentence which he used to hear so often.

Xiulin looked at him and smiled with a nod.

"Lets get this out calmly. How do you know Elena?"

"I dont know any Elena. I am Elena" she said with a huge smile.

Alexei gave her the most stupidest look he has ever given in her entire life.

"Yeah and i am Anne hathway" he said with an eyeroll.
