A man could be seen up the top of the rooftop all alone. While being bathed by the natural sunlight.

Taking a deep breath Soichi paced himself and tried to collect his thoughts. With his adrenaline now gone, he now just realised on what kind of situation he is right now.

" so..... I'm in a zombie apocalypse.... Why? This shouldn't even be happening. Who the in the actual hell would believe that this was true... Did we pissed of god? Or did some science experiment accidentally gone horribly wrong which led us to here. *Sigh*."

He sigh before clenching his fist. In the past he swore to himself that he wont be a weakling and a coward anymore and he wont break it now.

" No matter what happens ill push forward with all my strength and survive. If fate decides that I'll be doomed then ill break the chains of fate that binds me itself, and if anyone tries to screw with me, then what comes next will be their own undoing."

After his Chuni speech trying to be a cool Mc. He took a step forward near the edge of the school rooftop and what he saw is complete and utter bloodshed. Zombies are swarming all over the place while students, teachers and the others who tried to escape Are getting brutally massacred and bitten off. Others push away their friends for survival. Others still can't handle the scenes in front of their eyes and just stayed there not moving at all. While the rest broke down and started crying which they got immediately swarmed by zombies and ended up getting bit. Not only that if you focused on whats happening on the city its 10x more worse than here. Explosions and smoke coming out of the buildings and vehicles left and right. The sounds of sirens and screams reverberated throughout the whole area. Its the perfect ideal setting of a apocalypse movie. Which is now made into reality.

" i cant believe the ever so lively Tokyo turned into this. You know i always enjoy reading and watching zombie related stuff and I'm sure, I'm not the only one who imagined being in these kind of situation. Like in the anime Highschool of the dead. Its a very good Ecchi anime. Some people even made Fanfics about it. But those Mc's always had heaven defying cheats on them. So Where's my heaven defying cheat now? Tch, I didn't even get to have a system or something? you guys are stingy. So any one of you guys wants to switch places? Hehehe. "

Soichi cant help but laugh at his own jokes a smile crept on his face but only to turn into a frown a second later.

" Snap out of it Soichi all those movies, anime, manga, manhwa and manhua were all fiction. You're now in the real world. every move you make, every decision you do. Dictates whether you live as a human or end up as zombie chow. I could only hope that these zombies are slow. I swear to god if they somehow ended up like the ones in world war z ill just give up and hang my self." < did you watch that film. bruh that stuff gave me nightmares when i was a kid lol. >

He looked at the zombies outside and decided to observe them. He noticed them moving to the places where there's people crying they also tend to avoid the once that were litteraly stunned by the scene before their eyes because of how close they are to them. He also noticed there movement. They were actually pretty slow. So with these he could make a couple of facts about them.

" so number 1 they are attracted to sounds. which means they mainly focused on sounds to navigate they also passed the people who were litteraly just a few meters away from them. With their white eyes i can guess that they were blind. But one of the most important thing is that they're slow. Glad to see that i can still live. "

With a sigh of relief Soichi then moved on with his next plan.

" Ok the next plan are. 1 get out of the school. 2 go to a nearby police station and grab some weapons if there isn't any then go to a gun shop. 3 find a safeplace to hide and 4 is to find food. While avoiding the hoards of zombies and gangs or groups of people." he then checked his pocket and was relieved to find his motorbike keys. Since he prefers to not take the train. And it will also save you time and money in the long run.

" Good thing i didn't forget this." Taking one last look at the scene before him. He tried to check if there were still any signal around with his phone.

" Good looks like the signal hasn't been cut off yet, contacting the police is just dumb. They're probably getting turned into zombies right now. Contacting the government is nothing but a pipe dream." he then heard a loud noise and immediately look up at the sky and saw helicopters and jets flying pass him at great speeds.

" See their probably evacuating some important and influential figures. So us commoners are all by ourselves. Well arent you guys thoughtful."

Soichi then thought about something.

" I never really prayed before so lets do it now it might give me some luck for later. Sup Buddha, Jesus, Allah, Exodia, Arceus, One above all, Whoever is watching up there please dont make me a Cannon fodder character. Atleast let me be soldier A or something i dont wanna die a dogs death thank you."

Soichi then grabbed his baseball bat and Hyped himself up. Checking his surroundings once again he went through to the door that kept on shaking for a while indicating that there are someone on the other side. Gripping his metal baseball bat tightly he immediately took away the metal pipes and took on a stance for an intense fight that was about to come.
