(Reagan’s POV)
I yawned and stretched my arms above my head. Even though my eyes were still kind of swollen from crying so much last night, I had honestly had the best sleep of my life. I sat up and I looked over to the other side of the bed, only to see that it was empty. For a moment, I could feel myself beginning to freak out. Calm down, I told myself, last night wasn’t a dream, it did happen. As if to confirm my reassurance, Alexander appeared as if by magic in the doorway.
“What’s with that look on your face?” he asked, with a sort of amused tone, almost as if he knew what I had been thinking about.
I stood up from the bed and walked over to where he was standing, wrapping my arms around his waist and looking up at him. “Nothing, nothing at all.” I smiled.
I felt his arms go around my waist and with a smirk on his face, he leaned down and whispered, “You know you should walk around like this all the time.”
