The Unknown

Unknown Location

Time: 6:02PM

The room was somewhat noisy with people getting settled into their seats. There was a large table that housed about 20 people each in their own suits. It seemed to be an important business meeting but the air was so tense one could pass out.

In the front of the room, there was a man standing up waiting for people to get settled in. The man was short but had a good build and had seemed to have a lot of power in the room.

"Now what are we going to do about this!" a man shouted as he pointed at a whiteboard.

The man was short but had a good build and had seemed to have a lot of power in the room.

People start muttering to themselves as they saw the utter destruction of what they saw.

"Pleiades city is an important landmark and houses many for our bases and many important agents and politicians. Now, look what happened! Utter destructions it looks like a war ground!"

"Magical creations couldn't have made this it had to be man-made and planned."

The room started muttering even more and it seemed sad. A lot of the people who were supposed to be in that meeting were staying in that city.

"We will be launching a full-scale investigation starting today and I will start assigning people to be bodyguards to the investigators and also do research of their own."

With that people starting piling out of the room in a vengeful mood.

The man had looked angry and sad the perfect combination for pain. He opened up his wallet and took out a photo of a family at a beach.

"I swear I will avenge you."

Death is mysterious in many different ways mostly because of the number of Unknown factors involved with it. Maybe you believe in religion or maybe you think that's just it for you. Death is scary and most of the time painful but those who have seen it happen to know the worst part. The smell of death is filled with misery and despair and it is the worst thing you can smell.

The smell of death rotted a house as the victim's blood-soaked the wooden floor. Nakashiko stood over the body as if it were never there quick to jump over it and peer through the person's desk. He sat down and started rumbling through the person's surroundings and found a black notebook. Now finally finding what he needed he quickly walked out and started planning his next move.

A couple of days ago he had visited Pleiades city where he proceeded to wipe it out from the face of existence. His original plan was to leave the city in search of the criminal organization that had killed his mother. Though because of the trouble the Pleiades criminal group was causing he was forced to use a ticket that would save him but at the cost of innocent lives.

He knowingly wiped a whole city off the face of the earth and it never sited right with him. They're a lot of different sides to Nakashiko that couldn't fit inside of him. He tried letting each personality out but it was almost too much for his body to handle.

Now it was time he had trained for years and traveled the world stealing, and capturing some of the world's finest items, and learning the darkest of magic. He was finally ready to take on the group and end their wrath.

He had tracked down a person who was affiliated with the group and helped build their base. A had taken the blueprints of the whole place and now he knew their location. He was out to get them and make them pay for what they had done. He could have easily blown up the building but he really wanted to make them suffer for their sins and let them die an easy death wasn't very fun.

He looked around and noticed that night was falling over him. He decided to camp out outside because he didn't want to rest in the smell of death. He called upon his orb of darkness and cursed the surrounding area making it so no monsters could come near.

He set up a fire and started cooking magical beast meat while trying to map out this world.

Not feeling motivated he sat up looking around only to see dark red eyes. They had an evil tone but as soon as they were there they disappeared leaving a sour taste on Nakashiko's mouth.

Hours passed as he sat there wondering and thinking about his life. Nakashiko came to his senses just as the sun was barely coming out making the area very cold. Nakashiko started packing his stuff and as he was drinking water from the pond. As he was drinking water he noticed a frog standing on a lily pad as he watched him drink the water from his pond.

Nakashiko felt fear as the frog's yellow eyes stared into his soul. It seemed as if it was going through Nakashiko's whole life and judging him. His eyes were dangerous and off-putting as he started straight through Nakashiko.

The frog seemed different and all because of what he wore. He wore a black suit with a top hat. It seemed abnormal seeing a frog wearing these types of clothes.

The frog seemed satisfied so he jumped into the water leaving no ripple behind.

Nakashiko was left shook as he felt his body locked up in a cold sweat. He didn't know what to think and only one word came to mind, why?

The frog had a deep voice that seemed to be deep and knowledgeable.

He felt weird walking around the field knowing what had happened a minute before and it still scared him. He had never felt so much fear except when he saw his father hanging from the ceiling.

He needed to get far from this place because a lot of things seemed to have their eyes on Nakashiko and it didn't seem good.

He looked down onto his map and saw that he needed to walk through a forest to reach the port. When on the port he would travel to the world the criminal base lay on.

He walked into the forest and felt the magic around him. It was a magical forest and it seemed like it housed the good and the evil. As he walked around the forest he noticed the most beautiful butterflies following him. They were the same pink and blue butterflies that were around him as they slept. The butterflies left a trail of light as they flew elegantly through the air.

The world that he laid in was odd and the powers of beasts usually followed the same rule. The oddness of the beasts was like pilar for their strength and the frog was no different.

Walking through the forest, he noticed an odd smell and his hair tips slowly turned into a white color. He sensed it, danger.

Nakashiko ran through the forest with sweat dripping down his face as he seemed to never leave the forest It was...never-ending. His map suggested that the forest would take a 10-minute run to get through but Nakashiko wasn't reaching the end.

Now he calmed himself and started thinking of a way to cope. He was scared and sleeping wasn't an option because he knew something dangerous was creeping. He sat down under a tree and waited for the sun.

Every time he would start drifting off to sleep he would slash the back of his palm open with his knife. The immense amount of pain would jolt his body awake. By also doing this he was training his pain tolerance which is really important.

He watched the trees sway and the pond stay still as the night continued on. Repeating himself multiple times he finally caught a glimpse of something.

A pair of pink eyes watched him as he made eye contact and promptly hit the ground. The forest started echoing with a deep voice as the two eyes watch Nakashiko's limp body with a smile on his face.

Next to Nakashiko's limp body laid the map and the same forest which was called The Unknown.
