"I'm coming today to visit my beautiful friends!!" Da-Chung texted.
The three replied "Yay!!" Just then Chin's brothers texted "I'll be visiting for the weekend." Chin was so excited to see her brothers and friend after a few weeks. Within a few hours there was a knock at the door, when she opened the door. She saw her two brothers, she hugged both of them as they pats her back. "Come in," she noted with excitement as they followed her with their bags. They both said "Hi, mom," waving to their mom as their mom came to hug them with a warm smile.
"How have you been, mom," asked Lai as they sat down.
She answered "I've been really well, you two," in a cheerful tone. Jinyu and Lai smiled, full-on knowing that she's lying, Lai answered "I've okay, I'm just been busy with work," in a joyful tone.
Jinyu added "I've just been busy with college and work," in a calm tone.
His mom asked "Did you find a girlfriend yet," in a curious tone. Jinyu shook his head. She just sighed, then said "You can't just forcing on your job, find a girlfriend too," in a serious voice.
He noted "I know, I know. I will try to find one," in a calm voice. Just then there was a knock on the door, Chin went to open the door. As soon as she opened the door, someone jumped on her, making her fall. "Da-Chung, get off of me," as she tries to push her off of her.
"No, I miss you so much. Just let me hug you," she noted with a cheerful voice. Da-Chung stopped smiling when she saw Chin's brothers and mom. She got off of Chin, she waved to them as she said "Hi, auntie, Brother Lai, and Brother Jinyu," in an awkward tone.
They waved back as they replied "Hi." Her mom asked "What are you doing here," in a curious tone.
Da-Chung gave a small smile, "I'm just here to see my friends and spend some time with them before I have to go back home," in a calm voice.
"Oh ok. Chin, if you want to go with your friends for a bit, you can. I have your brothers to keep me company," she marked in a calm tone.
"Mom, are you sure," her mom nodded. Chin went to her room to get dress. When she came out, "Ok, let's go. Bye, you guys," in a cheerful voice as she waved to them and left.
"We just need to go get Mei Zhen and Jai Li," in a calm tone as they walked on the sidewalk. Chin nodded. After they got Mei Zhen and Jai Li, Jai Li asked "Where are we going," in a curious voice.
"Did you guys eat anything yet," Da-Chung asked in a calm voice, the three shook their heads? She added, "Then let's go eat first, what do you guys want to eat?"
Mei Zhen replied "Do you guys want to go to a pasta restaurant, I've been craving some pasta," in a curious, cheerful tone, they all agreed. As they were eating their pasta, Da-Chung mumbles "I have something to tell you guys," with a down tone.
They stopped eating, Chin asked "What's wrong," in a concerned tone.
Her face went from sad to happy as she announces "I'm going to be a big sister!!!"
They all stood up and screamed "What?!?! Really?!" Da-Chung smiled and nodded. Jai Li asked "How far along is she," in a curious voice.
She answered "10 weeks," in a cheerful tone. They all congratulated her and continued to eat, Chin stopped eating as the others looked at her. Jai Li asked "What? Is something wrong?"
Chin asked "Da-Chung, didn't you come over here about 10 weeks ago," in a confused tone
She gasped after thinking for a minute, "You're right," with a shocked tone. Da-Chung started to make puking sounds, "Ewwww, I don't want to think or know what happened between them," in a grossed-out tone. She added "Thanks to you guys, I lost my appetite. You guys can eat if you want," putting her fork down. They giggled and continues to eat.
"What now," Mei Zhen asked as they roam the streets. Chin and Jai Li mumbles something.
Da-Chung asked "I have an idea but I don't know if you guys are up for it," with a calm voice. They gave a curious look, she continues "I want to use smoke bombs and color paint on white dresses and take photos," in an excited tone.
"But that's going to be a mess, we should save that for another time since school won't allow us to enter with color stains on our skin," Chin replied. "Maybe we should go do some archery," with a grin.
Mei Zhen shouted "That's a good idea, I haven't done that in a long time," in a cheerful tone, Da-Chung agreed with her.
Jia Li noted "Wait, you guys, I've never done archery before," in a nervous voice.
"You'll be fine, come on," Mei Zhe marked as she grabbed Jia Li's wrist, dragging her. While Da-Chung and Chin were shooting their arrows, "Are you okay," asked Mei Zhen. Jia Li nodded. "Jia Li, you're so pale and you're sweating so much," in a concerned voice.
Jia Li wipes her wipes her sweat with her shirt as she said "I'm really ok, I'm just a little nervous with all these people here," as Mei Zhe looked around.
She answered "Don't worry, they wouldn't pay attention to you," in a reassuring voice as Chin and Da-Chung sat next to them. "Come on, let's go shoot our arrows," as they went for their turn. Mei Zhen and Da-Chung came in 1st place, Jia Li 2nd place, and last place was Chin. Chin screamed "What? How did I get last place? Jia Li, are you sure you have never did archery," in a upset tone.
She answered "Trust me, I have never done it before. I don't why you're last place," with a confused voice.
"Whatever, let's get going," Da-Chung marked as she lead ahead and they left.
Mei Zhen sighed and said "I want to play volleyball a the beach but we live a few hours from the beach," with a calm, down tone. The others hummed, nodding. Da-Chung noted, "When we don't have any more school, we can go to the beach for a few days and stay in a hotel with my maid." Everyone nodded.
"What now?" Everyone shrugged. Jia Li suggested "How about we go to Pottery Workshop, I heard that they're doing 20% discount for this weekend," in excitement. The others' eyes lit up as Mei Zhen asked "Really?!" She nodded.
Mei Zhen screamed "What are we waiting for? Let's go," then they went to the workshop.
"This is so fun," Jia Li marked as she was molding her clay.
Da-Chung was frowning as she said, "This is so hard!" She was trying to keep steady with molding her clay but it soon just turned into mud. They just giggled as a worker came by, she said "Miss, why didn't you just call me over to help? How did your clay turn into mud," in a shocked and confused tone. She added "I'll have someone help you, just wait here. Good thing that you guys are our last customers. What about you girls, do you guys need any help?"
Mei Zhen replied "We're done with our potteries," in a calm voice.
She took the potteries off the spinning wheels, "What are the names to pick up these potteries," as she grabbed a few sticky notes and a pencil.
Mei Zhen answered "Wenben Mei Zhen, Gei Jia Li, and Qing Chin." The worker wrote their names down, "Ok, let me put these in the back." When the worker came back, she noted "You guys can come to pick it next week. While you guys are waiting for your other friend, you guys could go to the cafe across the street," they just nodded, the worker when to help other people.
"You guys can go first, I'm going to the bathroom," Chin noted, they nodded as they went their own ways.
Da-Chung was just sitting while waiting for someone to help her so she can get it done a join her friends. Just then she saw a block of clay in front of her and heard "I was told that you need some help," in a sweet voice. When she looked up, she saw the person she hated the most, Wang Lei. He sat down and added "Oh hi, Da-Chung," in a happy voice. She just rolled her eyes. The other workers were leaving for the day, the last worker noted "Wang Lei lock the door when you're done with your last customer," in a serious tone. He nodded and his attention went back to Da-Chung.
She replied "Just hurry up and help me so I can be with my friends," in an annoyed tone.
"Ok ok, start it," he answered. Da-Chung started the wheel as he put water on the lump of clay, he commanded "Now start to mold the clay to whatever you want," with a calm voice. She did what he said, but her hands slipped. Wang Lei grabbed her hands, molding the clay while he was guiding hers.
She snapped "Hey! Why did you touch my hands," with shock and annoyance, pulled her hands away.
Wang Lei answered "You clearly don't know what to do so I'm just helping by guiding your hands plus you seem like you suck at this so I'm making things quicker," in a calm tone. She sighed as she puts her hands back on the clay, as he was helping her shape her clay.
"This is so uncomfortable for me to be sitting like this," he whined as he was looking at pottery.
Da-Chung marked "Then do what makes you comfortable so I can get out of here and don't have to see your face," annoyed. He smiled and moved behind her. She turn to him and asked "How are you doing," with a confused tone.
He answered "Just getting comfortable like you said so you can get done faster," in a calm tone.
"Whatever, let's just this get done and over. You better not think of any stupid," as they got back to work. As they were quietly working, Da-Chung could feel Wang Lei's breathing on her neck, she tries to focus on getting it done so she can get to her friends.
As Wang Lei helping Da-Chung, he could smell her sweet fruits and creamy fragrance. He just wanted to close his eyes and absorb her smell, but he knew he shouldn't. "Wang Lei. Wang Lei? Wang Lei, you dumbass," he heard Da-Chung calling him.
"What?"
"I'm done, now gets your hands off of mine," she said as he move hands. She stood up to stretch, but then she fell back.
"If you really wanted to be in my arms, you could have just said so," he said with a smirk, looking at her.
Da-Chung got up, she replied "I will never want to be in your stupid arms. I just lost my balance," in an irritated voice as she got up. "If we're done, I'm leaving," as she went to wash her hands. Da-Chung got her bag and was about to leave but then someone came in.
"Are you done yet..." one of Wang Lei's friends asked as his cheerful face turn into a blank. He added "Looks like you're not, so I'll be leaving," in a calm tone as she closed the door. Da-Chung was going to leave but Wang Lei said "Wait, you can't go yet. You still need to give me your name."
She turn to him and yelled "The fuck, you should know my name by now. It's going to be a year since you started to bother me," in an annoyed voice.
"Well, I don't know your last name," he noted.
She shouted "Just pick a last name for me. I have to go," as she ran out the door.
"You're finally here. Why did it take you almost an hour?" Mei Zhen asked in a curious tone.
Da-Chung answered "Oh because I kept messing up so yeah," in a calm voice as she sat down. Chin and the others just nodded as they hummed.
Jai Li asked "Do you want anything to eat or drink?"
She nodded so they called the waiter over, "I would like a chocolate ice coffee, that's all," then the waiter left the table. Da-Chug asked "So when can we come pick up our potteries?"
"Next week," Chin blurted.
She continued "Oh ok. What were you guys doing while I wasn't here?"
Mei Zhen answered "We just talked," in calm voice. Chin and Jia Li were trying to hide their little giggles. Da-Chung asked "Why are you guys giggling? Were you guys talking about something funny, tell me," in a curious tone.
"We aren't talking about anything fun, I don't know why these two are laughing ," Mei Zhen replied in a confused tone.
Jai Li waved her hand and said "It's nothing." Da-Chung gave them a suspicious look as she slowly said "Ok," then her drink came. They talked for a bit and then Jai Li said "You guys, we should get going. It'll getting close to the time I have to be home," in a quiet voice. The others agreed so they gather their things and left.
