Arya never thought of what would happen when she poisoned them all. The Quasar was coming to investigate and Gala was being threatened now more than ever. Arya did not feel a bit sorry about any of it. Prince Tristan had called for reinforcements at the edge of Gala. Protecting the board from other planets was now a thing to be very concerned about. With the leaders and or Commanders from neighboring planets all now dead there would be a fight for command. A person would just about do anything for that kind of power. Questions were being whispered in the halls of the castle. All kinds of ideas and stories were being made up as to what exactly happened to the Council members and why Arya was the only one left alive. The fact was everyone thought it was an inside job and most claimed the only reason Arya was alive was because of her blood. It was nice not to be suspected but even now more than ever her act must go on. She must start phase two of her plan. Somehow the guards need to be changed so the protective shield to Gala can be dropped. Arya knew that talking to Commander O' Neal could work in her favor. She requested his presents on an urgent matter. Within the hour of the request a knock was at her door. Arya went to answer the door and to her surprise it was Tristan. He spoke with her for a few minutes telling Arya that Commander O'Neal was under investigation and no longer in charge. A new Commander was put in his place. Arya asked who it was and Tristan smiled and said "Well someone had to volunteer....I was doing all the work anyway". So now he was commander! A bit of a jerk to be assuming that everyone would be happy about this but this might have just got a little easier. Prince Tristan seemed to like Arya. Maybe she could persuade him or just fill his head with doubt about the loyalty of the guards that were posted under O'Neals charge. After all Arya did have some of her own people disguised as guards that would replace the present ones. Arya buried the doubt and fear and asked Tristan to dinner that night. She also required the decorator coordinator. Arya was going to throw a Grand Ball in honor of her accepting Prince Tristan's proposal of marriage. The facts were she need to still act like her memory was gone and she only knew what she was told about her past. Arya was calling all supporters from all planets within the Council. She wanted to lay claim to the throne. She wanted to be in charge so she could accuse someone of the horrific deaths of the Council members. The best way to do this was working from the inside and the strike when least expected. Her plan was building and becoming bigger by the hour. To pull this off when the Quasar shows up would be a magical event. Amazingly enough a solar eclipse is suppose to be here two nights from now. That is just enough time to pull this fabulous Ball together Arya thought. Invitations were sent out without hast. Prince Tristan sent for his entire family and went out on a quest to convince the other families of the Council members four planets in total. Preveak ( Tristan's home planet), Dorne a peaceful planet, Omarian a technologically advanced planet and last but not least Huelian a slave planet. Arya wondered which planet was the most dangerous. Prince Tristan had his hands full doing her heavy work while she sat back calculating a full proof plan. With the outer shield in place no teleporting would be possible. The shield needs to be taken down but the issue is the command could not be given by anyone but the commander. She was Queen but need a person whom without question would be listened to. Her only thoughts went to Captain Kalienc but he seemed pretty dark and untrustworthy. Arya wondered if she could possibly find out more about the Captain over dinner. She went straight to her maid and asked her to summon him immediately. Surprisingly enough he showed up in record time. He entered the room unannounced looking for a fight and was relieved to find Arya just asking him to dinner. He was surprised and accepted the invitation. Arya was pleased and asked him if the fourth hour into sunset would be convenient to him. He happily agreed to the time and excused himself till later. She that evening smelled of wild roses and let her hair down. Arya decided to wear a long white with gold trimmed lace gown with an open back. The Captain cleaned up well and looked handsome. A tall older man of thirty with blond hair and a clean shaved face. He stood about five foot eight and had some muscle tone. He carried himself well and had a demanding presence when entering a room. Arya asked him to join her in the garden outside her room where she felt most safe. The meal was so amazingly tasteful. A medium rare steak, butter creamed mashed potatoes and grilled corn on the cob. Fresh baked olive bread with a goat butter so sweet like honey. The conversation was going smoothly until the Captain cut his hand on the bead knife. He went to cover his hand quickly as to hide something but it was to late Arya saw it. He bled black and his face looked frightened. Arya looked at him and smiled and said "Now we do have many things to talk about". Over a grilled pear and vanilla ice cream desert they both found out about each other. Arya decided to trust him and he had no choice it was his blood or hers. He knew Arya would kill him if he told anyone about her plans. She also knew that he was skilled enough to kill her but since he knows her husband he would surely die a painful death if he was lucky. Another demon on Gala that is all she needed for her plan to work. She would sleep well tonight thinking nothing could stop her now.
