20. Announcement
''What the hell?'' Hearing the hot husky voice as well as feeling hot air blown directly on her ears, Li Zhilan couldn't control her emotions and burst out. Her ears had turned bright pinkish red and her emotions were all over the place. The way her heart did a sumarsault was a very unique feeling for her so feeling flustered was quite normal.
''Why are you so close?'' Li Zhilan said as she pushed Qi Longwei away. Only after having created some distance did Li Zhilan's heart calm down and she felt less flustered, so she started her rebuttal. ''Why do you care about what will happen? If you don't carp about what I just said, nothing will happen and everything will be okay, alright?''
''Well I do feel the urge to create some problems. Why don't I create some for you?'' Qi Longwei said as he bend his back a little to reach Li Zhilan's height.
Though Li Zhilan is quite tall but it was only if she was compared to girls. Infront of Qi Longwei, she was still a head shorter.
Seeing Qi Longwei make fun of her, Li Zhilan felt like strangling him to death.
Right at this moment Principal Wang started his announcement.
''Dear students as well as the teachers, sorry for disturbing your break and also thank you. Thank you for arriving here before time even though it was a last moment announcement. As for what I called everyone here, well, today I got an extremely interesting suggestion from one of our students. He proposed that unlike every year where we welcome the freshers in a boring and usual ways, why not try something different and fun? The suggestion was to hold a costume party where everyone will have to dress up as someone from any movies, animations, or any entertainment character. There will be no one exempted, not even the staffs from this party.''
Everyone cheered after the announcement as it was quite a unique thing to be done at school.
''Calm down calm down. The announcement is not done yet. Let's talk about the highlight of the party. Anyone two people, of opposite gender ofcourse, from the same show, will have to couple up and is responsible for the opening dance. Did you get it?'' There will be no exemption. If there are more than one couples, then they all will start together with their respective partners. And I repeat again, NO EXEMPTIONS'' Principal Wang said and he focused more on the 'No exemption' part.
A moment's silence was followed by whoops of delight.

Everyone cheered for Principal Wang making him feel flustered.
''Enough bootlicking. Go do your thing.'' Principal Wang said in a mocked stern voice but his red ears gave him away.
''He's too cute'' Li Zhilan cooed as she placed her palms on her cheeks.
