72. Are you crazy?

''It's the competition finally. Let's go watch it.'' Li Zhilan dragged the group of high achievers to watch the show instead of just studying.

The day had finally arrived after waiting for it for days. Qi Longwei watched on from behind the piller as the smiling Li Zhilan rushed off.

''Great Qi, we got a problem.'' A black haired boy said. He had clearly been in a hurry. There was sweat on his forehead and his breathing was quickened.

...

''How could this happen?'' Qi Longwei asked after finding what had happened.

Qi Longwei was the leader of the school musicals. He wasn't the captain because there was someone else for the job. He was the leader who would overlook everything related to music at the school and during this competition, he had appointed a boy and a girl to participate representing the school.

But now the boy who was originally supposed to play the piano had hurt his wrist after being in an accident on the way to school. Now the school was not sure what to do because that boy was the best one after Qi Longwei ofcourse.

''What should we do now. We can't let Liz play by herself afterall there should be atleast two participants. On top of that we are supposed supposed play next.'' The boy earlier who is also the captain was feeling immense pressure.

''Don't worry. I got a plan.'' Qi Longwei said and started to give some instructions before going back inside the hall.

...

Qi Longwei scanned the hall before his eyes stopped on a certain someone who was bussy stuffing her mouth with chips.

Li Zhilan was seated in the middle of the hall. On her right was the pathway in the center and on her left was her friends seated. Each of them had a chips in their hand but Li Zhilan had her entire lap covered with food.

''And next up we have the participants from the host school, the all time winner, Imperial High.'' The host this time was a professional one like every other time.

The stage curtains opened and revealed a piano in the center and a violin next to it. But what left the people in the audience astounded was that there was no sign of any living thing out there. Not even a fly.

Right then Qi Longwei walked up from the back towards the stage from the pathway in the middle of the audience's seats. Gasps and sharp intakes of breath sounded looking at him.

Even Li Zhilan watched on with chips in her mouth. When she was about to stuff another one in her mouth her wrist was grabbed by those large ones and she felt a force pulling her up. She tried her best to stay seated and hissed, ''Are you crazy? What the hell do you think you are doing?''
