Neither Zoro nor Luffy would have had such an edge in the Fate world. In the Fate series, characters' battles may seem small-scale, but the level of power they use doesn't match that. If you want information about their powers, you can look them up on Vs Wiki. Zoro and Saber are almost equal. But Zoro would probably win because Sabre was mentally unstable in the Fate Zero series.
