Left Behind

As the giant ship with approximately 100 pairs of passenger gets closer and closer to the cave, the beautiful murmuring slowly turned into a beautiful song.

The ship finally hit the entrance of the cave, it shaked violently which forced the players to get off before the ship is destroyed.

Everyone already stepped down except for Daniel and Josh.

". . . . . Ace, what. . . are you doing?" Josh asked to the guy who's laying on the wooden surface of the ship with sleepy eyes and slightly blushed face.

" Playing dead. . ." Daniel answered.

" . . . . . . Shall I bury you?" Josh sighed, he grabbed Daniel's hand and pull him up.

Daniel is now standing, his hand is burned from where Josh grabbed him, he sighed.

" The alcohol kicked in, huh? And now, you're not only drunk, but also sick" Josh crossed his arms as he look at Daniel who's pretending to be deaf.

The ship is slowly breaking and sinking but the two were still arguing.

" Ren, Shin, Cy, Bunny, Nic, Poi, Nie, Jun, Deadmeat, Toney, Neo, Yun" Daniel called while being carried on the shoulder by Josh.

" What are yo-"

" Yes master?" Twelve creatures appeared, surrounding them.

" I have a fever. . . protect this guy" Daniel pointed at Josh.

" How can someone who survived even the most deadliest poison I created be so weak to fevers?!" Deadmeat scoffed, Deadmeat is a creature made up of meat and different kinds of elements, he specialized poisons and potions, his texture is those of slime but fur like those of hedgehog's.

" Right!, Only idiots catch fevers" Cy mocked, Cy was just a small spider but when he served Daniel, his web became a strong steel that could chop through the bones, he's grateful for Daniel, too bad he's a tsundere. Thanks to Daniel's power to upgrade him, he became bigger and stronger than any other spider and that is why he's now called the "Spider King".

" Shouldn't that be the other way around? It's "Idiots don't get sick" " Said Ren, Ren is a creature like birds, their real form is those of peacock but since he's 'special', he was kicked out of their race and ended up having Daniel as his master, anyway, he's considered as the leader of all Daniel's army, he's not the leader because he's powerful, sure he's also powerful but he's just naturally too good at managing that he's considered as a leader subconsciously. He has a green feathers and white eyes, he's like a parrot but his size is smaller than the smallest bird, his power is to command which makes his work easier.

" Shut up guys. master, I'll treat your injury right away " said Shin, he was about to cure Daniel when the running Josh bumped to a Siren and ended up throwing Daniel.

"Buwa- hahahaha" the other creatures laughed from the funny sight of their master who flew off and fall flat on his face.

" Should we help him?" The other creatures asked while covering Josh's eyes to prevent him from getting hypnotized by the Siren's fake beauty, though with the help of the All Seeing Eyes, there's nothing to worry about him getting deceived.

" You guys!!, Shin cure our master. split up!. Choose who you want to protect" Ren ordered.

The eleven has chosen Josh to protect and Daniel was left alone.

' What. . . . . . Why do I somehow feel defeated?' Daniel asked himself as he look at them.

" You guys!!! I said, split up!!" Said Ren angrily.

" We did. You can protect master, we will protect his second friend" the eleven stated.

" These idiots. . ." Ren really wanted to kill them but his master comes first before his temper.

" I'm sorry master, they're still idiots" Ren apologized on their behalf.

" Stupid! We're not idiots!" The twelve retorted.

Ren glared at them and they whimpered.

They've been talking too much that they didn't notice the Siren cornering them into circles. Since the players are combined, Siren's population is compromised as well.

" Ace, why did you call them for?" Josh asked.

Daniel looked at him and smiled menacingly before saying "shortcut"

" This. . . .(lazy little demon)" Josh looked at him with face literally screaming "seriously, you!!!"

" Haha, anyways, I'm sleepy, you guys fight them, I will got sleep" Daniel then tapped the half black orchid stigma on his head and he was turned into a black mist that flew towards Josh, he completed the orchid on Josh's forehead, though it's half black half white, it's pleasing to the eyes.

What he did is fusing with Josh but not in the body or soul, the one who fused himself to the other is just going to a space where they can rest while they provide their partner their power, they can also share their skills.

"Eh" Josh who was left behind was dumbfounded. Well, what of friend would leave his friend behind in this dangerous situation anyway?.

Because of his All Seeing Eyes, the unsightly features of the siren got worse from glitches but thanks to Daniel who's providing him some power and energy, his eyes can see the real faces of the siren clearly, well, not that it's better.

The Siren has brown yet rich blue skin color, pair of crimson eyes, sharp uneven teeth, long slimy texture, unpleasant smell(rotten fish), and glowing green heart on their abdomens.

There's no need for Josh to fight because he's being protected by Daniel's minions but since they know that he's not that weak, they're letting in one Siren inside their protected 1 meter radius from Josh so he won't get bored.

' I'm sorry!!' Josh apologized to the Siren he beat up and killed by Cy.

Killing the Siren is easy because they only rely on instinct to fight which makes it easy for Josh, but for the other players who have been hypnotized and deceived are far from being saved.

An hour later and the Siren are almost extinct, everyone was so happy that it'll end soon.

"Khuaaaaaaaaaagh!!"

The Sirens let out an extremely high pitched screams, the players was forced to cover their ears from the unpleasing sound.

"Gyuaaaaaaaaagh"

A deep shriek was followed.

[The Sirens has called their Boss with reinforcement, All players get ready(TO DIE)]

The game system notified.

A sound of sliding a massive unknown thing can be heared getting closer and closer towards them with the other following same sound.

A slight pressure can be felt.

The Boss has finally made his entrance to the battlefield.

He has a massive giant body, scales as bing as a single human,teeth as big as dinosaur's , Blackish skin color, smells like rotting corpse, and slimy tail.

Every player was horrified, not until a screen appeared.

[Due to the "Boss's" giant body, all players are out of reach from his line of sight, kill him all you want and he will not fight, even if he can, he's like a sloth, he moves like he's in slow motion. His brain is also. . . oh wait, he doesn't have a brain, anyways, kill the Boss to proceed to the next dungeon]
