" Can a baby commit suicide?" Daniel asked Josh while looking at baby Josh with innocent eyes but evil sneer.

'uhhh. . . Are you for real?!' Josh asked, how can a person even ask that to a baby, right?

" Pfft" Daniel chuckled.

' Eh?! Was that a joke? Why's he laughing?'

" I can't believe you're using the so-called "Most expensive cloak in floor 1" as a diaper, you even argued with me because of the price and now you're...bwaha" Daniel laughed at Josh.

Daniel laid him back to the ground and sleep.

' . . .He's odd, one of our teacher made a very funny joke but. . . No matter how funny or sad the story is, without a single change in his expression, he claps with the others to show support even though he doesn't seem like having fun. . . I remember. . . Those who laughs in simple matters are the most loneliest ones . . . Could it be that he's . . . Sad?' Josh thought.

" Master, You're quite sharp to notice that" A small round creature with two eyes, two small horns, no mouth, color same as the night sky, and wings like those of bat's complimented him out of nowhere.

"Gah!" Josh suddenly spring up and screamed shortly from the sight of the creature who just appeared and spoke to him.

Daniel who's peacefully sleeping opened his eyes and looked at him, asking why and what.

Josh just pretended not to hear nor see the creature and just laid on the futon that came from who knows where and started nodding off like Daniel.

" Dude~, don't ignore me!" The small creature threw himself at Josh.

' . . . Ummm, what are you??' Josh gave up pretending and chose to directly ask what.

" I'm afraid I can't answer that, because I, myself don't know it as well" The little creature shrugged " Though I can't answer that precisely, I can answer your other questions" he added.

' Oh, then Where did you came from? And why can you read my mind?' He asked curiously.

" I came from this" the little creature landed on Josh's bracelet that Daniel gave him. " I can read your mind because I'm a part of you now" it added.

' part of me?'

" Well, not just you, I'm also part of this guy" the little creature landed on the head of the sleeping Daniel.

' Eh??l-like our child?!!'

" Not quite right, I know a lot more things about you than you do, same goes to this guy(the creature lightly jumped on Daniel's head), so instead of me being the child, it's more appropriate to say that you two are my children" the little creature explained.

' whoa!, Then are you one of the creatures in his hidden army??' he asked with his beaming eyes from curiosity.

" No. I'm more especial than them because I'm not picked up by him; I'm created by him with his barehands" the flying creature answered.

' Why are you calling Ace "him" instead of "master" ?' Josh asked.

" I can't call anyone other than you a "Master", I'm created to serve only one master, my creator said "be a servant worthy to be called one, you're only allowed to have a single master", although I don't know why I must be worthy just by being a servant" It answered again. " Also, please sleep now, tomorrow, you will see an unsightly deaths of creatures"

Josh yawned 'eh?. . . . I see. . . I'm sleepy now anyways. . . Let's talk tomorrow again okay?(the creature nodded) , Goodnight' Josh slept and the creature went back to the bracelet.

In the middle of the night, Josh opened his heavy eyelids only to see Daniel clutching its hair while screaming soundlessly, Daniel seems like he's uncomfortable, he's groaning his pain out, he locked himself inside his sound isolation shield to not disturb a certain baby from sleeping.

Josh's eyes widened, Daniel's coughing up too much blood while screaming but it somehow looks like it's making Daniel feel better.

'. . .Why does he look like he's in so much pain?' he asked.

" That's because an unexpected event happened few hours ago, and it seems like a small cat is trying to fuse with him forcefully, he's not in a good state to fight it because he broke down just an hour ago, but don't worry too much, right now, he's as numb as a person getting a hundred shots of anesthesia" It explained while watching Daniel struggle.

' But. . . Why does it seem like he's feeling the pain?' Josh asked, he doesn't understand how will a cat fuse with Daniel anyways, and where does that cat came from.

" That's exactly the reason why, he can't feel it no matter what, that's why he's just pretending. Master, there is no need to worry about him, he will not die that easily" it reassured.

'. . . I heard he died from falling off of a tree though. . .' Josh reasoned.

" That's just him being him, he doesn't have any reason to live anymore at that time, he already finished the game of that world so he got bored and just chose to die"

Josh turn around to not witness Daniel's suffering, ' You know him that well right? Tell me how to help him' Josh said determinedly. Who would even like seeing their friend suffer, right?, well, probably the plastic friend or the snake ones.

" Got it" it suddenly disappeared after responding.

' Huh? Wher-"

" Hahp!"

Josh flinched when Daniel gasped for air. He turn around to watch, and with the help of the dim light of the moon coming from the small hole Daniel created, he saw Daniel punch the cat floating in the air.

" Max, you little rascal, who gave you the permission to fuse with my soul?" Daniel whispered angrily as he punch the poor Max again.

" It's not my fault!! The game already gave the Hosts a notice in the first place! Why did you hit me you bastard!!" Max fought back with his small body.

" Go away, I'm still sleepy, give me peace" Daniel crawl towards Josh and laid on the futon then sleep.

" You. . .!!!" Max yelled angrily.

Daniel punched him in the head again
