Mako gave Karin a slightly mad expression, implying her to stop.

Josh's brows furrowed, he lightly bit his lip as he look down and murmured dejectedly: ". . .Yeah. . .pathetic"

Mako who heard it, smiled broadly at Karin and said with a cheerful tone with claps:

" Nicely done!-, that part of you, I really hate it the most, you-", her eyes are closed and her smile is flawless, as if they just won a really hard challenge or maybe a lottery.

Josh and Karin shivered, surely, there's more behind that.

" Urk!, Somehow my pride shattered. Should I apologize?" Asked the cold sweating Karin to Josh.

" Yeah. . .her smile is somehow painful" Josh answered with a nod.

Karin extended her hand to Josh and he accepted.

". . !?"

Mako saw a slight blush on Karin's cheeks while helping Josh stand.

" Hey, you're blood related" Mako complained while crossing her arms and looking at Karin's eyes with suspicion.

Karin jolted and punch Josh away. " W-what are you talking about now?!" She nervously asked, she looked back to Josh and signalled him a "shoo", she can't possibly talk about Josh right infront of him, can she?.

". . .?" the clueless Josh who suddenly got punched distanced himself from the girls.

" Hmm, exactly what I meant, you two are blood related but why are you blushing when your hands touched?" Mako confronted with a teasing tone.

Karin's slight blush worsened, she panicly and fidgety look at Mako's eyes, implying that she wanted to tell her a little secret. The understanding Mako came closer and offered her ears for Karin's whispers.

Karin covered Mako's ears and whispered:

" We are not blood related and I am not a Mikagura"

" WHAT?!" Mako shouted from hearing the big secret, Josh was also startled.

Karin covered Mako's mouth and whispered " I know I know, Truth is, I'm just an orphan from the place his mother is having their investigation. I bully him by calling him "girly" but his mother thought we're getting along well, that's why she told her sister who can't bear a child to adopt me instead" she explained proudly.

" So you really are a bully from birth" Mako said, as if she just got herself an enlightenment.

" Hey,I am not! I have already changed!" She defended herself. " Besides, the important thing is, the two of us are not blood related" she said again proudly.

" Huh? But that doesn't change the fact that you're family now so you can't really have him . . . as you know . . ." said Mako.

" Isn't it fine? The only problem in being in a relationship with a family member is because if the two have blood related relation they are not suppose to have a child because it will either be a dead corpse or a disabled one, right?" Karin shrugged.

Mako blushed, almost faint from what Karin said nonchalantly. " Yo-you mean you already want to have a child?!" Mako asked and shaked her best friend to wake her up.

" Of course not, not yet" Karin smiled sinisterly.

" A-alright, I'll support you!" Mako clenched her fist and made a pose screaming " Fight!", what a pretty supportive friend.

" That's great!. . (Awkward laughing). . But . . .I won't support you with your current relationship" Karin said honestly with her serious tone, saying that she won't be supporting Mako and Daniel's relationship.

Mako frowned, " It's alright, I'll make you regret that you said that!" She said proudly and determinedly, she left Karin who got stunned from her words and approach Josh with a warm smile.

" Where's Rhaffael-kun?" She asked excitedly.

What she got is not the answer, rather, a frown and a bitter smile in return.

" He's sleeping" Josh answered.

" What?! That bastard just left his friend to this dungeon to sleep?!! That asshole! I'mma make him feel the power of rocks just by getting punched by my fist!!" Karin said angrily with her clenched fist and veins bulging on her head.

" No, that's not it. . ."

". . .?" The two girls looked at him, asking why with their eyes.

' Oh wait, how long will he be sleeping?' Josh asked his little companion.

" I'm not sure, but last time he reset, it took five years for him to wake up" the little creature answered with uncertainty in his tone.

" Five years. . ." Josh murmured.

"Hmmm?"

Josh looked at the smiling Mako and said " Looks like we won't be able to see him for a while" Josh smiled back at her. He stood up and took out the ring from his 'bag' then gave it to her.

Of course, the watching Karin is a little pissed off and jealous. She grabbed Josh's collar and headbutted him.

" W-why?" Josh asked innocently while caressing his pained forehead.

Mako was just standing, she doesn't know what to say nor act. Asking if it's a confession or a proposal.

" That ring! Didn't I tell ya that she's already taken? She's owned, do you have a screw lose or just dumb as @#&@$&!" Karin pointed at the ring Mako's holding as she yelled at Josh.

" What?! I don't have any feelings for her, W-we're just friends! I was just doing an errand for Ace " Josh cleared the misunderstanding.

Karin gasped, embarrassed.

Mako smiled and tears of joy started to roll down to her blushed cheeks, she's so happy. She put the ring on and it was a perfect fit, then a sapphire colored screen full of girl's names appeared in front of her.

" A-" Before Mako could call Ai, she was already grabbed by one of Karin's level 3 Golem. Karin was too embarrassed, that's why she just decided to run, of course she wouldn't leave Mako.

The golem is too fast that all Mako could do is wave goodbye as a thanks to Josh.

Josh, after waving goodbye turn around only to see the inside of a gaping mouth of a Phyton.
