"ROARRRRRRRR!!!!!"
Drago's roar might have resounded throughout the whole SSS-Grade dungeon. It was to instill fear inside the hearts of those who heard the cry, an instinctual action of Dragons when challenged.
(It was a Dragon after all...)
Of course, the roar didn't affect Sou, but the same thing cannot be said about Kakund and the group. They were intimidated by the uncontrollable Dragon. Fear ran down their spines and they tried their best not to lose their composure.
"Why is brother Drago like that?" Junko sought shelter behind May's back and trembled in fear.
It was justified. Everyone was sharing the same feeling of fear. They could feel it in their hearts that something bad was going on, but they still didn't know that the Drago now was not the Drago they always joked around with.
"Something is definitely wrong with Sir Drago. He is not acting naturally." Kakund face was showing visible confusion and fear.
"Yes, Master was also saying something to Sir Drago." Mary was wearing a grave face. She was smart so she must have already thought of everything to do if things were to go out of control.

Boom!
"Guh!"
Drago's punch came straight down to Sou's guts. Sou spat out blood upon impact and was sent flying.
Thump!
Sou's limp body fell to the ground with a brassy sound. Without wasting too much time, Drago charged at Sou who was just getting back at his feet.
(Tch! Not giving me time to recover.)
Drago didn't stop at his tracks and continued to throw his attacks at Sou non-stop and Sou tried his best to block them but it was impossible. Drago was a Dragon who had God knows how much power, and on the other hand, Sou was still getting a hang of this another world business.
Yes, Sou was still not used to Melim. Well, it is partly my fault. Hang in there Sou!
Bam! Boom! Boom! Bam!
Destruction quickly spread throughout the vicinity and the summons, who could not make heads and tails of the situation before, realized what was going on.
Drago was rapidly pushing Sou to a corner. Seeing this, Kukund and the rest rushed at Drago and pounced on him, hoping to stop his rampage, but to no avail. Drago has lost all sense of reason and indiscriminately attacked whoever blocked his path. He was like a psychopath thirsty for gallons of blood, red as his glowing-red body.
As they continued their defense, the summons and Sou managed to suppress Drago's relentless rampage to a certain extent.
"Mary, May! Subdue him!" Sou commanded his servants.
"Yes, Master!"
Mary rushed towards Sou with May following her back and everyone backing off a little.
The trigram behind May shone in beautiful and glorious flames.
"Burn, O Devil's Flames!"
As soon as May recited the words, Drago's body caught extensive flames and Drago screamed in pain.
"ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!"
While Drago was fighting against the flames, Mary closed into Drago.
"Here, Mary!"
Sou threw a metal wire from his sub-space to Mary.
She grabbed the wire and pounced at Drago, wrapping her legs around Drago's head to make him pin him down, and she did it. On the ground with Mary on Drago, Mary ran the wire around Drago's hard neck, intending to cut his air supply. But, as I said before, Drago was a Dragon and who knows what happened to him, but it was sure that he was giving off the feeling of an ancient Dragon, but still a Dragon. Which meant that it was near impossible to choke them.
At the surface, it might seem like an idiotic move, but they were desperate. They knew that they cannot stop Drago with their current strength, so they came down to do whatever they could.
"Grrrr... ROARRRRRRR!"
His roar became louder and dreadful. The fear grew. The bloodlust he was emanating became even sadder and suffocating.
"Junko! Let's go!"
Sou rushed towards Drago along with Junko at a speed almost invisible to the naked eye.
Junko asked inside Sou's head.
"Just beat the shit of the big guy!"
"Roger!"
Junko's body glowed in a deep blue hue as she electrified her body and blasted off towards Drago, covering the distance between her and Drago in an instant. She yanked her arms and threw them towards Drago's agonized face.
Boom!
An electric shock waved throughout the dungeon.
"Is that... it?"
May jinxed it.
"ROARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!"
Dragons were meant to be the strongest of all, the apex of all, but not from birth. They fought their way to the strongest. That is ancient history, not worth explaining now. Anyways, so the long-lost feeling of being the best and being always the superior in the chain surfaced back. It was Dragon's Will.
Junko backed off hurriedly and shouted to warn the others.
"Brace for impact, everyone!"
A wave of fire fused with lightning sparks spread, burning and destroying everything to ashes or crumbles in its way.
"Kakund! Get your Dragon form out and shield everyone! I will lessen the damage!"
Sou jumped into the wave of fire.
"No Master!" Mary screamed and ran off to save her master, but in vain, as May held her sister's hand tightly, not letting her go.
"Release me this instant May!"
"No!"
Seems nostalgic, right?
"Why?! Master is in danger!"
The flames were approaching them rapidly and Sou was also heading towards his doom. Hmm... but why? He must have a plan, right?
(Let's try that.)
Hoh... he is going to use 'that' now? This will be quite a surprise for you all.
"May, let me go!"
"Please, sis, don't leave me..."
Despite having envy towards her sister for always being doted by Sou, she still couldn't see her sister run off to her death.
Kakund's wing Draconic wings covered them and sheltered them out of nowhere.
"Believe in him. He is going to do something amazing I say."
Ufufufu... I am also looking forward to how he uses the new thing I gave him, though he still hasn't accepted it. But he knows what happens when someone activates 'that' for the first time. Sorry if you don't know what I am talking about. Thought keeping this a secret was better.
Mary and May both withdrew silently with May in her sister's wraps.
Junko simply scoffed, but she was also wailing silently for Sou's safety inside, after all, she spent three years with him. There is no way they didn't get attached.
'Please be safe.'
How innocent... my ass. She is not innocent.
Anyways, Sou was now about to get engulfed in the flames but right before his body evaporated and melted into nothing...
"I accept."

Confession!
I was working on my other novel these few days that's why I couldn't publish any chapters of this. That's why, please don't drop.
Can I get some power stones? Pretty please? With cherry and a lot of whipped cream on top? Also, with a knife pointed towards your neck... Okay, let's drop the knife part as an apology... only for today.
