Want to go to Greece

"Berthaa! Help!" Lucia screamed again at being chased by Kyung Joon.

"Lus! Wake up Lus! You were dreaming, huh? Kyung Joon isn't here, really." Bertha shook Lucia's delirious body.

Instantly, her eyes opened and then confusedly looked around the hotel room, beside her Bertha was in surprise at Lucia's face.

"What dream just now? Here, I brought food for you," said Bertha softly.

"Tha ... I dreamed that Kyung Joon was chasing after me," said Lucia, her heart beating fast.

"How can you dream like that? It's weird." Bertha looked at her in disbelief.

"Could be because he's obsessed with me. Very uncomfortable." Lucia grumbled.

"Then, if you really don't like him, why do you want to get married? Is it because of Fela and Trina or what people around you say?" asked Bertha curiously.

"Because, I'm the only daughter in the Weng family... everyone is urging me to get married quickly." Lucia complained as she removed the crown from her head.

"Then, you were influenced by their words and the ridiculous matchmaking." Bertha replied.

"Not a silly matchmaking, but more of a fad, Fela knows that I idolize Jung Woo." Lucia explained.

"What is the relationship between Jung Woo and Kyung Joon?" Bertha asked confused.

"The relationship is, they come from South Korea," explained Lucia, who looked lazy to discuss her marriage with Kyung Joon.

"Hmm ... strange. Fela is really curious, especially Trina," concluded Bertha annoyed.

"Please don't talk about them all the time, I'm bored and fed up." Lucia begged.

"Okay, I won't talk about it anymore, but you have to eat so you have the energy to face the anger of Aunt Vanya,." Bertha joked, she smiled mischievously at Lucia.

"What the hell, my mom isn't here." Lucia put on a fierce look.

"He, he, he ... just joking. Don't be too serious, Lus." Bertha joked and pinched Lucia's cheek in exasperation.

"Geez, Tha. We're already in our 30s, but we still act like teenagers, tsk... tsk... tsk," said Lucia, shaking her head.

"It doesn't matter... the important thing is that we're happy. Isn't that right?" Bertha replied casually.

"Thanks for the food, I'm already very hungry. Aren't you eating with me?" Lucia changed the subject.

"You eat first. I'll eat later." Bertha replied.

"Wait a minute, I want to take off my shoes and hood first," said Lucia, who looked both tired and annoyed.

"Here, let me help." Bertha offered sincerely.

"Okay, Tha. My feet are sore all wearing 12 cm high heels, I'm not used to wearing high shoes."

"After all, your height is only 159 cm while Kyung Joon is 185 cm, imagine what it looks like." Bertha picked up some of the clips that were pinned to Lucia's bun, so that her bridal veil would come off.

Less than ten minutes, Lucia was free from her veil and high heels, she felt more comfortable without all these equipment. It was only a matter of changing her dress into a casual outfit so Lucia could travel out of the hotel with Bertha.

"Thanks, for helping me just now. Looks like, I have to change my clothes too," said Lucia, she was feeling hot because she hadn't turned on the air conditioner.

"Wait a minute, I'll get her clothes in the car first." Bertha replied quickly.

"Why... did you bring clothes too? Bring them from my house or--"

"Bought it on the street, at a clothing store near here." Bertha widened her smile.

"Oh I see, by the way sorry to bother you," said Lucia reluctantly.

"It's okay, really. I also bought flip-flops for you." She replied.

"You want to stay here?" asked Lucia hopefully.

"Sorry, I can't. Besides, if I stay here, your family will be suspicious of me, just now it was very difficult to take your bag to Fedora," explained Bertha at length.

"That's it, then you just go back to Jakarta." Lucia sulked.

"Don't be angry, pleasee...." Bertha whined.

"Okay, okay I'm not mad. I'll get some clothes in your car first." Lucia quickly looked away because she was annoyed with Bertha who didn't want to stay with her at the Ardhana Hotel.

She opened the bedroom door, then went down to the 1st floor to get some clothes and sandals in Bertha's car.

Arriving at the bottom, she walked into the hotel courtyard which was quite spacious, Lucia felt safe in the peak area. Without wasting any more time, she walked towards the pink car.

Suddenly, she remembered something then hit her forehead.

"Geez... I forgot to bring Bertha's car keys." Lucia muttered. "I have to go back to my room again."

Then, she turned back into the hotel without looking at Bertha, who followed her into the yard to give her car keys. Her mind was really messed up that afternoon.

"This is the key, why are you like such a dazed person?" Bertha asked, handing Lucia the car keys.

"Eh, Tha. It's just surprising people."

"I didn't surprise you, really," said Bertha.

"Thanks, Tha," said Lucia expressionlessly.

Bertha felt Lucia's attitude was very different from usual, she was like that she was being pressured by something. But, what was causing Lucia to be depressed?

Ten minutes later, Lucia had finished changing in the bathroom, while Bertha listened to melodious music playing on her cell phone.

Not long after, Lucia came out to meet Bertha with a confused look.

"Tha, I'm going on vacation to Greece next week." She said suddenly.

"What Lus?? I didn't hear what you said just now ...."

"I'm going to Greece!" shouted Lucia.

"To Greece?? For what? With whom?" Bertha asked then turned down the volume of the music on her phone.

"I want to find a new atmosphere, I mean calm the mind there." Lucia sat on Bertha's left.

"It's a long vacation, I'll come with you," replied Bertha, nudging Lucia.

"Sure, but don't tell anyone I'm going to Greece," said Lucia.

"Ready, Miss Lucia.

Indeed, Lucia always wanted to vacation in that country to see the beauty of the Aegean Sea.

Maybe there, she would meet a new friend or someone who could keep Lucia away from Kyung Joon.

"Should I just resign?" Lucia's question surprised Bertha.

"Why did you resign? You said before that you don't care about Kyung Joon anymore," answered Bertha.

"After the dream of being chased by Kyung Joon, I was hesitant to meet him again, also Trina and Fela who would humiliate me even more because I didn't get married." Lucia looked down wearily.

"Just ignore it ... don't be too responsive to what they say." Bertha advised.

"See you later, okay. If you want to go home, it's okay, just go home." She concluded desperately.

Will Lucia really resign[1] from PT. Nalendra Textiles [2] just to avoid Kyung Joon, Fela and Trina? They were not good friends to Luci.
