While waiting for the nurse to clean the broken glass wound on Mirna's hand, Alexa sat on the patient bed next to Mirna, lost in thought. She was thinking of ways to distance herself from Ryan and her indecision and pity for Diana kept her thinking.

A moment later, the nurse had finished cleaning the wound on Mirna's hand. The nurse then left the emergency room with a container filled with dirty water, cotton, and so on. Mirna turned her face to the left, avoiding Alexa.

A simple, young, and dashing doctor on duty entered the ER to meet Mirna.

"Miss Mirna, how are you? Are you feeling better than before?" asked the friendly doctor.
