Chapter 32
The journey back was faster, just like Julis predicted, maybe even faster than she guessed as Alex rushed back with giddiness in his steps.
He was excited about the chance of facing off against Monsters from one of the games he played before the rewrite.
While Jyaratodus is nothing much, as there are way, WAY more dangerous creatures in Monster Hunter, it was still something to look awed at.
After all, it was not a regular creature. But, a Monster from quite an extreme fantasy world.
Most of all, the creators of these Monsters had lethality in mind when they came up with them.
And so, in around five weeks they returned to their safehouse.

Groggily Alex opened his eyes and looked at the familiar and nostalgic ceiling of his room.
When he took a deep breath he was assaulted by the smell of their lovemaking… which was around five months ago or so for them, but in truth, it was just last night.
While he felt a small migraine from this dive he did not let go of the girl who was using a portion of his body as a pillow.
"Uhh, Alex, darling… can you update my stats, please? It should help with this migraine, right?" Julis asked him as she slowly got up into a sitting position.
Alex didn't say anything he just slowly got up from the bed, the migraine was minuscular compared to the one he got last time.
He walked over and got a needle, his girlfriend slightly blushed seeing him naked, the girl remembered in what state they went to sleep, it was nearly a half a year ago.
Now she realised just how messed up this all becoming, it was only a night, yet she did so much… her powers increased by a massive degree in her eyes, and she killed at least a hundred wolves, and explored a massive forest, saw a river which maybe even rivals The Amazon in sheer size.
All that in a single night…
"Right, turn around love." He motioned for her to turn around.
Julis quickly did so without complaints, Alex quickly with needle poked his finger and activated his power over Falna.
The next moment a drop of blood landed on her back and the next moment tattoo manifested on Julis back.
With a simple hand gesture, he motioned for the stats to update.

"Your stats becoming way off-balanced, we going need to spar again I suppose to balance them out," Alex said with a sigh as he handed over a paper with her stats.
Julis instantly felt the difference after the upgrade she took the paper from him and checked herself.
Her eyes bulged out seeing Magic and Vitality.
"Yes, that's because you carried me the most of the time, and we only sniped the beasts from the tree top-level." She said that while seeing the paper.
"Indeed, we going need to balance the stats before facing the snake or Jyaratodus…" He said that with a thoughtful look.
While Julis grimaced at the thought of fighting those aquatic beasts.
"Anyway, we can discuss tactic after we have a shower and breakfast." She said that while getting up from bed.
She then saw him looking at her.
"What?"
"Where is my morning kiss?" He asked with raised eyebrow.
Julis that moment remembered. That yes, she suppose to kiss him every morning…
She then walked over and kissed him softly on the lips.
"Satisfied?" His lovely girlfriend asked with her own raised eyebrow.
"Of course, now off you go, don't hog the shower too long." He motioned her to get a move on, they have only around 50 minutes before they need to leave for the school.
The pink-haired princess didn't complain when she heard the word 'shower' and quickly left the room.
While Alex went over and upgraded his stats as well.

Alex gaze for a second stayed on the amount of ticket he posses.
If he was not wealthy enough he could just use the ticket to get the items and sell them.
From cars to consoles, to even guns…
But, the amount of fur and fang he has, could he make leather armour from all the fur, and something similar to a saw sword from the fangs.
Yet, the ideas are good, but he is missing a key component, he needs iron or some other metal.
If the dungeon truly is based on Monster Hunter then where are the materials which he suppose to find around the map?
He then remembered the Obelisk…
'Of course, I need to kill all the monsters…'
With a sigh, he put the phone down and went to dress up.
For now, he dressed in his casual clothes, then he changed the bed sheets for obvious reasons.
After that, he went to the kitchen started to prepare breakfast.
Around fifteen minutes later Julis came out from the shower, she was nearly humming a song to herself.
"All that staying in wilderness makes me realise how fortunate we are with all of these inventions which humanity has created over the years." She said that while walking over to him.
"Yeah, I am kept being reminded that each time I return to comforts of civilisation."
Julis nodded while looking at what he was cooking.
"Let me finish this while you take your shower." She offered to take over.
"Okay, I will be back in a couple of minutes." Alex happily agreed to her offer and quickly went to the shower.

The Student Council president fixed her glasses once again when she saw the only couple of the academy.
This time the Heiress was already prepared. So, she was not that shocked seeing a massive leap in power with the pink-haired girl.
After greetings were over, did Sona noticed something different around the girl.
"Does she look more mature? some sort of aura?" The younger Sitri asked her Queen.
Tsubaki didn't say much she just looked closely at the couple walking away from them.
"They do look closer than ever before." The taller girl commented.
That moment Sona made a connection, she did mentioned something similar to the couple of days ago.
For second her cheeks slightly got redder, before disappearing.
She is a creature of sin and it took her that long to pick it up? It seems she is quite a failure as a devil…
Not that she is going to mention that to anyone.
It seems she misunderstood them before, but now they went all the way…

Alex grimaced for… he lost the count, as he had to listen to the Idiot blabbering about his upcoming date.
Worse of all, it just smelled like a set-up without even knowing what will happen to the so-called protagonist.
The idiot doesn't even have her phone number. Which would easily prove to his so-called friends of existence of this girl.
And no one even tries to believe him! His friends are jealous, while the rest could not believe that an idiot who sees a girl only for her boobs is getting a date with a girl from another school!
And that's where another hint comes into the play, the town is quite small it's easy to find out that the uniform the girl has been dress in doesn't exist…
In the end, Alex had to listen to the idiots rant about the beautiful girl he is about to go out with.
"I telling you she is real!" Issei for hundred of something time said to his bald friend.
"You guys can come and see her tomorrow!" The brown-haired idiot said with crossed arms.
"Sure, they can come to see you get scammed…" Alex said from his side, as he got tired of listening same nonsense past 5 minutes, if the break was slightly longer he would have just left the classroom.
"Riajuu! What are you talking about!? Why would sweet Yuuma scam me?" Issei furiously said that, making his two minions rise to his best friend defence.
"My point is that you know nothing about this girl, you only meet her yesterday, and she is even from a different school… " Alex shrugged at them, while the trio got very angry for a single previous comment.
"I bet you are just jealous that I got a date!" The brown-haired moron said triumphantly.
And Alex just deadpanned at him, then he looked at his girlfriend.
"Julis, sweetheart!" He called her.
The girl in question raised her head from her book.
"Yes?"
"Wanna go on date later?" Alex asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Fine, I heard they have some ice cream parlour in a shopping mall, let's go there." The pinkhead said that while returning to her book.
After hearing her reply the teen looked back at the trio of morons.
"As I said before, just watch out for your wallet. So, that later on I wouldn't need to tell you 'told you so'."
When Alex finished telling that, the trio calmed down, they still reeling In after whole 'Alex casually asking out', that moment they realised that he HAD a girlfriend, after all, they been calling him a Riajuu…
That moment the jealousy increased even further realising that Alex probably was on a bunch of dates with a girl who looked like a Princess!

"So, it's true?" Sona asked Alex.
"True what? Kaicho?" He asked with confusion.
"That one of the perverts of your class got a date from someone outside the school?" The Devil Heiress asked him while moving her Pawn forward on the chessboard.
The Student Council President finally asked for her rematch.
"Oh that, probably. I warned the idiot that the girl might going to scam him. But, he could not believe that, he is either too naive or too blind, or both…" Alex shrugged while moving his pawn as well.
"Or, it could be something more, either way, maybe it will curl his perverted tendencies." The girl said the last part with a hopeful voice.
That moment Alex looked at her more closely he wanted to see if there is any hint that Devils know about Fallen Angels.
So, far it proves that it's not, Alex was disappointed to realise that there is no some sort of protective barrier around the city.
Meaning that anyone can simply enter the place.
That reminds him how Kokabiel just walked into their school grounds like owning the place.
'These guys… they really, need to take things more seriously.' Alex internally grimaced remembering all that.
"Yes, hopefully, it will serve him a wake-up call…" He agreed with Sona, only his words meant much more than that.
