As Rias started to explain all about the supernatural to the brown-haired pervert, Alex relaxed on the couch with his girlfriend who still wants to know why they are still around!
Instead of asking in the club, she decided to wait and ask him later.
For now, they decided to enjoy the devil hospitality.
"S-So, how do I unlock this Sacred Gear thingy?" Issei asked curiously.
"Well, you have to think of the strongest thing you can, maybe some attack or technique?" Rias said with a finger on her chin.
"Oh! I know!"
Hyoudou took a stance from dragon ball and started to 'charge' a Kamehameha…
Even with a 'proper' voice as in being serious in doing that.

Alex rolled his eyes, his girlfriend joined in that regard…
Few moments later a red gauntlet like thing manifested on the brown-haired pervert's hand.
"Woah… is that it?" Issei inspected the gauntlet.
While Rias bit her lower lip seeing that.
Twice Critical is nothing special, it allows one to double one's strength, it's basic among basics gears in the world, and why she thought the brown-haired pervert will have something special?
The Gremory Heiress hoped that it will be something like auxiliary use one, not such a direct thing, or maybe she will be able to develop him towards such direction?
Yet, she was doubtful as the brown-haired pervert was someone who 'charge in' kind of guy with minimum thinking…

'No, it's not…' Rias said to herself, she lightly massaged her temples with her hand, now she needs to think of other ways to get out of the marriage thing.
'I thought Koneko said that he had dragon smell on him, I thought it will be a gear related to any of the dragons, but then again Twice Critical is a knockdown version of Booster Gear…'
The Gremory Heiress thought with a frown, she then looked at Alex, he was casually lazing on the couch with Julis on his lap, this time she was sitting sideways.
Rias can tell that the pink-haired girl is acting completely differently around her boyfriend, she is much more affectionate towards him.
It reminds her of… devils who have different faces for different situations, hiding their real personalities under a mask.
This was just that kind of situation, she never expected to meet a human with such qualities of a devil.
'Should I ask for some training advice? Both of them jumped leaps and bounds in strength in such a short time.'
For now, she decided to finish the remaining businesses then, when the time is right she is going to ask for his help.
"Since we know which Sacred Gear you have Issei, you should focus on fulfilling your dreams."
Alex perked his head hearing that, now that sounded like what a devil would say!
There is some hope for her!
"Yes! To have a harem of my own!" He said with a silly grin.
Rias sighed hearing that, still she liked the enthusiasm the pervert has. She does wonder how long it going to last once they will start training.
Yes training, since her plan to get dragon based gear is burst she will need to start training if she wants to get out of that arranged marriage.
"Yes that, to do that you will need these." With a snap of her fingers, a pile of pamphlets appeared on her desk.
"W-What are those?" Issei Hyoudou had a bad feeling about those.
"These are devil summoning pamphlets, you are a devil now and regular people are the ones who summon us..."
As Rias was explaining the brown-haired teen realised what is going on, yeah… he is going to be a handyman now…
Next Rias has given him the Gremory family crest, which will allow him to cast magic, regular or devil one.
"Well, you are ready now." The redhaired heiress nodded to herself, she then motioned for Akeno to send him to a more populated area to give the pamphlets.
Her Queen nodded and summoned the circle and tried to send the pervert on his way… but…
"What's wrong?"
"It should have worked…" The black-haired Queen of Rias said with a frown, this never happened before, why the spell didn't work?
"You two are way too reckless!" Julis snapped at them from Alex lap, she was curious what these devil girls were doing but seeing such a thing… an insane thing! was a shell shocking moment!
"What do you mean!?" Akeno slightly frowned she doesn't like it when someone questions what she is doing when she was doing magic for years!
"I mean using magic beyond this pervert capacity! If not for the circle's protective functions he would already be dead!" Julis explained with a 'are you stupid' look.
Can't these devils sense how much magic does the brown-haired pervert has?
Rias and Akeno quickly checked shell-shocked and terrified Issei, both of the devils focused on him probing his magic reserves.
'How can someone have this little magic! This doesn't make any sense! This way below any regular human levels!' Gremory Heiress thought with a shocked look.
What did she added to her peerage!?
Akeno was no different than Rias, she couldn't believe someone like him even exists!

"Issei you will need to travel the old fashion way…" Rias finally found the right words to say.
"G-Gremory-san what do you mean old fashion style and what just happened?" Issei asked with an utterly confused look.
One moment he was about to be teleported, next moment he was told that he nearly died and next they say that he needs to travel old fashion way!?
"What Gremory was saying is that you have so little magic it would kill you if you are to use teleportation spell," Alex explained with a casual shrug, he talked about the brown-haired teen dying like he was talking about the weather outside.
"W-What? No way!"
"Yes way," Alex said that to Hyoudou then looked at Redhead." Gremory you should start teaching him how to increase the amount of magic he has otherwise he will be useful as a meat shield at most." He said with a casual voice like they discussed methods of how to train their pets.
"Hey! I am more useful than that!!!" Issei said that while showing off his Twice Critical…
Alex just looked at him for a second, he had look which said 'are you for real?'
"Hey! I am serious here! At least I have something like this!" The brown-haired showed his gauntlet, while Rias and her peerage paled hearing how the pervert just taunted Alex!
Rias was about to stop him, but Alex narrowed his eyes at the brown-haired teen.
That moment the silver-haired girl jumped out of her seat and went away as quickly as she could, as she was close to Alex sitting position.
Her eyes were wide and she was utterly pale, as she was a Yokai, her natural senses were much more refined and powerful than any regular human being.
What she sensed has send her survival instincts to overdrive! She just felt a massive amount of killing unleashed from Alex towards Issei!
While Koneko was shaking in her boots and looking at Alex with fear…
Hyoudou has simply collapsed on the ground, he nearly pissed his pants, if the black haired teen has unleashed a slightly stronger one then he definitely would have pissed himself maybe even shit too…
While the rest of the peerage felt goosebumps going through their bodies.
Rias has already experienced a similar thing from Julis only this one was much stronger, and yet she was not the intended target!
The red-haired heiress looked at Issei, she could see him shaking on the ground, while Alex was still lazily sitting on the couch with his girlfriend on his lap, they behaved like nothing happened at all!
"You could not even take my intent to kill, how on earth you are useful in any situation?" The black-haired teen asked with quite a mocking tone.
The brown-haired pervert gnashed his teeth, he tried to stand up, but his legs continued to shake and decided to take a break.
For the rest of them, it took a couple of minutes to calm down, they all looked at the teen sitting on the couch.
Kiba looked at his hand and he could see it shaking, he tried to process what Alex has experienced to produce such… blood lust!
How much did he killed? But, that was the thing… he didn't kill humans, murderers have different kinds of vibe…
The blond knight knows that from experience...
This one was that of a predator, someone who kills for sake of survival and to establish dominance in the pecking order…
But does such place even exist in such heavily populated places like Japan?
Eventually, everyone calmed down hut the atmosphere was destroyed and Alex felt it was time for him to leave, as Issei should go home soon too, and that fallen angel should be 'patrolling' today… hopefully.
"Gremory now that you explained things and learned what is his sacred gear, I am no longer needed here." Alex alongside Julis got up from the couch and started walking towards the doors.
"I will see you later." Alex waived casually
"Good luck trying to train him, he needs all the discipline you can instil into him, willpower alone is not enough," Julis said her part in before following after her boyfriend.
Once the couple is gone Rias looked at Issei.
"Issei, you won't going to antagonise him ever again! Do you understand!?" The red-haired girl said extremely seriously to the brown-haired teen.
The pervert gulped down seriously, for second he saw her eyes glowing and her hair somewhat came to life, that moment he realized that Rias Gremory truly is a supernatural being wings or not…
"I-I understand…"
"Good, as Komnenos-san said we will teach you how to train your magic reserves so that you could use basic magic…" Rias walked over and took an extra-large pack of pamphlets from her table and gave it to Issei whose eyes bulged out as he felt the weight of the pack.
"...until then you will use old fashion style of travelling." She said with a 'smile', that moment Hyoudou understood that this was Rias Gremory revenge for snapping at the Riajuu…
'Damn you Riajuu for corrupting such Onee-sama!!!'
Grumpily the pervert nodded at the orders he received from Rias.
'Mark my words Riajuu! I will be Harem King!' The teen tried to pump himself up, even though his legs still were shaking remembering that feeling of… certain death.

As Issei was progress through the empty street on his bike he was stopped in the middle of one by a tall European looking guy, he was dressed in a trenchcoat and a fedora.
"A stray? No wonder, in a city infested by devils such thing is quite common, stay still, I will make this quick." The guy manifested a light spear in his hand.
Hyoudou's eyes went wide when he saw that spear, he could feel chill going down his spine, that moment he remembered that he has weakness towards light energy!
'Shit! Is he a fallen angel too?'
"W-Wait! I am part of Buchou's Peerage!" The pervert raised his hands trying to calm down the approaching fallen angel.
"I don't know who she is and you look like a weak stray, she probably abandoned you to this fate…" The Fallen Angel did a thrusting motion with his light spear, targeting the brown-haired teen's chest.
Issei tried to move... But, by this point, he forgot that he was still on his bike, thanks to no small amount of fear he was feeling at this moment.

Before the light spear could touch the teen it was cleanly cut through the very middle vertically, going all the way to the fedora guys hand… taking it off cleanly too… the cut was so precise it was as if it was done with mechanical precision.
It took a couple of seconds to process what just happened as an extremely painful scream escaped from the fallen angel's mouth, as he moved to grab his recently amputated limb.
A fountain of blood exploded from where the arm was the blood continue to flow as the very next moment it showered the asphalt and even some landing on the reincarnated devil…
The warm blood has snapped the teen out from the shock as he this time he dropped off his bike on the ground, he ignored the pain from such landing instead he focused on moving away from this.
"Ahhhh!!! Fuck! Fuck! Who did this to me!?" The trenchcoat-wearing fallen angel furiously looked around trying to find the person who cut his hand off!
Quickly his gaze has landed on an individual who had one of his hand formed into a sword of pure electrical energy.
"Me."
