"Sorry, I need to finish early today."

"Oh? Something happened?"

"Kiana has achieved the Golden Core realm. We are going to be throwing a party to celebrate that."

*Cough***Cough**Cough**Cough*

"Glad to hear! I-It appears your son can train other people in his way!" The Undersecretary of the Mayor said with a forced smile. He was quite terrified and baffled that the boy who through some miraculous delusions became a Herrscher.

Now, these delusions expanded and allowed their adopted daughter to become one as well!?

What in the world is this situation!?

Well, it doesn't matter… Honestly…it feels safer now that they have two weapons of such scale against Honkai.

"Yes. Well, he has his ways. Anyway, I have to go. All my calls will be redirected to you for the rest of today. I will see you tomorrow."

"Understood sir!"

While it was quite a different situation in Raynold's mother's job place.

Raynold's mother, Rose, was showing pictures of Kiana in her transformed state. Her co-workers gushed seeing how cute she looked.

"She looks like a miniature queen!"

"I know right? I love how their eyes look like that." Rose gushed when she looked at those eyes…again.

"Yes! Rose! You said she can control space. How did your baby react to that?"

"He was a little bit jealous. But he hid it well and was happy that his kitten could do all that." Rose explained with a teasing smile, as she remembered his reaction to how effortlessly Kiana can do things via her void powers.

She then showed some pictures she took when they were together.

"Oh gosh, they look so cute together like that!"

Once again it was another mundane day in her office.

The 'birth' of another Herrscher went differently in other countries. For one not many if not anyone believed that the chuuni boy could achieve that.

At first many thought that he achieved it because his delusions were far stronger than natural Herrscher hatred and rage. Or that he did that through sheer dumb luck.

But for him to RAISE another Herrscher in just a span of a few months is utterly ridiculous and bonkers!

The brat is so delusional that he is spreading his madness to other people.

"Well…as long… as they continue to do their thing." The French President said while cleaning off the sweat from his forehead.

"I agree. Raynold Westwood has cleaned Honkai Beasts from our lands for over two years. He even helped to clean up the rubble. As he treated it like training for his power."

The President of Sweden said with crossed arms. While it was shocking that he created another Herrscher, he trusts the boy's character. He is an actual hero in his people's eyes.

"The issue is not that we don't trust him but that he can CREATE Herrschers. We have to ensure that he doesn't fall into the wrong people's hands." The President of Spain said with a serious tone.

"I don't see the reason for you to complain. He never visited anything beyond the River Rhine…" The Minister of Germany said with his crossed arms.

"Indeed. The issue is that we need to keep Schicksal at bay for the boy." The President of Poland said as his fingers tapped into the table.

The thing about this is that they want Schicksal to lose grip on the monopoly of power. With Raynold's existence and now his adopted sister becoming another they could force Schicksal to answer and have checks and balances with their actions.

As the Overseer of Schicksal is quite trigger-happy with their nukes…

It's already a proven fact that Raynold is the far greater solution against Honkai. Not only does he deal with Honkai beasts but he removes high concentrations of Honkai energy by absorbing and adding to his 'Cultivation'.

The issue is that he doesn't leave certain boundaries. He only visits and protects an area of his choice. So most Western European countries are salty about this as they try to curry favours with him behind the back of Schicksal.

But it's difficult without alerting them.

Not that they realised that their conversation has been listened to… By a few spies…

Soon…everyone will know that two Herrschers are walking among people.

"Uhhh…why is it so hard!"

Kiana looked at herself in the mirror. Her clothes have returned to normal, her energy wings are gone and her hair is back into a single long ponytail.

The only issue is that her eyes are still Herrscher. She is still trying to master the control of Honkai's powers. But the issue is that she is so aware of her power that it's hard to suppress how Raynold does.

It only made her more in awe of how he does it. Like…he could easily pass as a regular person even if someone had a Honkai energy reader in front of his face!

That's just how good he is with it!

But, she… she is still trying to control the leak of energy…

"Forget about it. You can return to training later. You need to make sure everything is ready for the party." Sirin the Herrscher of Void said to her from the side. The Void Queen was leaning against the table with crossed arms.

"Right!"

Kiana forgot about it as she rushed out of her room and downstairs to help with the preparation for the party. It was her party after all!

The Void Queen for a second smile before turning into black and orange particles, returning to the Herrscher Core.

"Oh, you such a darling!" Raynold's aunt hugged Kiana who tried to find a hole. She already forgot the number of people who hugged her today…

"...My thanks…I'm just doing what Ray told me."

"Yes, my dear nephew. Just this between you and me. Keep him from doing something crazy. You and he are around the same level now. We can't allow him to do all these crazy things himself all the time." The older lady winked at her.

"YES. I understand! You can leave that to me."

[Yes. We will crush anyone in our path.]

'You scared me! I nearly jumped!'

[Think of this as training. You need to keep your energy in perfect control. After all, our Honkai energy now is not toxic to people. So there is no need to worry about minor details.]

'Meh…you just came up with stupid excuses…'

That moment Kiana stopped in her tracks and looked at Raynold who was surrounded by his cousins and neighbours' kids. He is explaining things from the looks of it, telling his stories with Honkai beasts encounters…

"You know it's still baffling to all of us how he can become one of humanity's greatest enemies but instead…he turned against the Honkai and became Hero of Humanity.

At least now he has company and the fight is no longer lonely."

Hearing that Kiana nodded but then she frowned… What about Valkyries? They fight against Honkai as well!

"...And the Valkyries? I know that they are sore spots for Ray but…they still fight against Honkai."

"True…but they abandoned this part of the world. We were the collateral zone. It's only a matter of time before they realise that this place is still standing."

"T-They still didn't realise that!?" Kiana was baffled when she heard that! But what is going on!?

"Honey, the second eruption was so bad that they had thousands of miles of the area designated as a collateral area. It just turns out that this place was designated as one as well."

[She is right. My rampage was something very few could resist. Especially when I had my gems. People could only cover and hide before my might. Though I can guarantee that Raynold's rampage would be even worse. He controls gravity. As Herrscher of Stars…he would sink continents.]

'You don't sound proud of it.' Kiana was quite baffled when she heard that…sure she praised Raynold but about herself….

[I was mad, and Honkai played with my emotions. There is nothing to be proud of.]

'Heh…I guess you don't want Ray to see you in such an unsightly way.' The white-haired girl said with an internal grin. She tried to joke and forget about the sheer scale of destruction Sirin unleashed on the world.

[There is no need to remind me. Now keep your new aunt entertained I need to think.]

After saying that, Sirin retreated into the depths of the Herrscher core.

"...Sounds horrible…." Kiana said as she continued to keep the story going.

'Especially since I have the core of the being who did all that.'

"Yes but Raynold became Herrscher not long after."

This time she smiled upon hearing that. At least he became a Herrscher after her.

'No, more like Golden Core Cultivator…I wonder what is the next stage for us?' Kiana thought about it as she looked at Raynold who made a funny expression making people around him laugh. She is pretty sure he told everyone about his encounters with people who learned that he was a Herrscher…in his unique way…

"I am pretty sure he doesn't like it when you call him that aunty. He is very sensitive with titles." Kiana said with a smile.

"You are right… Don't tell him that I called him like that."

"Don't worry your secret's safe with me." The girl winked at her.

Not long after that, a huge cake arrived. Kiana was told to slice it up by Raynold.

Seeing that she had a great opportunity to show off. As people want to see her power. Especially that she can control the same way as Raynold can.

So without much ceremony, she used her void and sliced it perfectly into the same size pieces.

Claps followed after. The girl blushed for a second which made some ladies giggle and call her cute.

This only made her use her void again to disappear and reappear behind Raynold who just grinned at her antics.

"So…can someone tell me… why I only learned this now!? There are TWO Herrschers in Eastern Europe! Literally…1.4 thousand kilometres away from our main European Branch!!!

Can someone tell me what.the.hell. Is it going on!?" A blonde man slammed his hand on the table in anger.

It has been decades since the last time he was this angry!

"...Overseer… It appears the Eastern European countries were tight-lipped about this."

"Ahh…yes… Our methods." He said that while stroking his nose bridge. Some things appear to backfire from time to time.

But this was quite a big fuck up for him.

He has lost K-432… With the core… And he is 70% sure Sirin has awakened in K-432 and is the second Herrscher those politicians were talking about.

If this is true… Then…he has no fucking idea what is going on! Why these two Herrschers are not attacking why they are not…doing anything!

"I need answers dammit! Gather any piece of information you can! We need to find those Herrschers!"

"Yes! Overseer!"

One after another the people left the meeting room. Overseer Otto collapsed into his chair and started to think.

He needs Sirin… He needs her void powers… But… What the hell is going on with the other Herrscher!?

Two fucking years!? A Herrscher has been active for that long and nothing has happened!

There are so many holes in this logic that he is getting migraine from his!

Hell, he is sure he checked Honkai levels in that area. There is nothing wrong there!

The only strange thing about it is that it is lower than the usual activity of Honkai beasts in that area.

Almost like… Honkai itself doesn't know what is going on…

"An anomaly… Curious… let's see what you are…Need to come up with something for you."

Otto Apocalypse said to himself as he was thinking about how to deal with this slippery Herrscher… He feels quite foolish to miss something like this.

It's like missing a natural storm the size of a continent… It's like no one saw it. But it was there.

One could say that he is feeling a little bit embarrassed.
