Chapter 15

When Kiana opened her eyes she was confused. As she was in a strange quite open building. She could see rows of wooden seats. Facing inwards. There is a wide walkway in the middle. There are multi-colored windows with people's images in them…

After looking around for a bit she finally recalled where she saw this.

"Is this a church? What am I doing here?"

"You're finally here."

Hearing a familiar and sometimes quite annoying voice she turned towards the altar.

She saw Sirin dressed in a white…wedding dress!

"...What is this place? And why are you dressed like that!?" Kiana exclaimed with disbelief before some embarrassment washed her over.

"This is your Dreamscape, in here I can use any memory you have and use it for such purposes." She said that while walking down from the altar. The sound of high heels spread through the empty building…one thing Kiana quickly noticed is that Sirin…and her… both of them were looking like adults!

For this to happen Sirin used Cecilia's image, in other words, Kiana's mother's image, and based her adult looks on it.

"What purpose?"

"Practise, do you want to be a failure on our wedding day?" The Herrscher said with an eye roll as she walked over to her side.

"Y-You do realise that Raynold is my brother! W-We can't marry an s-sibling!"

*Snort*

"So you don't know?" At that moment the surroundings changed.

It was a familiar kitchen. She saw Lucas and Rose, they were talking with her. It was strange to see them from different perspectives.

If she is right… then Sirin was and is always looking at her. So they are seeing through her eyes now?

"Pay attention to what Raynold's father is saying."

[Because of it we decided to take guardianship of you until you are a grown adult. It doesn't mean you need to leave when you grow up. All I am saying is—]

"The rest doesn't matter. What matters is that he said 'taken guardianship', and according to human law. It means that he is your guardian and not your adoptive father.

In other words. You CAN be Raynold's wife because we are not an actual family. WE CAN make a family." Sirin explained what this means; she only made the white-haired girl baffled.

"B-But…"

Kiana's world at that moment shifted quite a bit! She always thought she was his adopted sister! That's pretty much how everyone treated her!

But if what Sirin said is true…

That moment she started to blush a storm!

"So you understand. Now we can return to practice."

Once again the surroundings changed. They were back in the church.

This time around Kiana's clothes were pure white.

"Not bad. Though it looks better on me."

The Void Queen said with a smug look. That moment she 'brought in' people, and filled up with several people going to watch them.

Kiana was quite baffled to see how far this whole Dreamscape can go.

The girl didn't realise how a Herrscher could use this against her. In a 'normal' situation Sirin would have tormented her until she gave up and took over her body. But thankfully she is no longer an antagonistic existence, Raynold made sure of it.

Instead, Sirin decided to use the whole Dreamscape to 'train' Kiana and not embarrass the Void Queen.

"I am feeling quite generous today so I might as well give you some information." The golden-eyed Herrscher said with a thoughtful look.

"What do you mean?"

"As you might know we are the same. Originally you were supposed to be my new vessel."

Kiana's eyes widened for a second. What does she even mean by that!?

"But you developed your personality when I was asleep and then Raynold made sure I can't ever take over."

"You can't?"

"I am your energy, it's like trying to choke yourself, so no…I don't want to die. And I don't have my animosity anymore. It's more like an annoyance for your brat-like behaviour."

"Ohh…so it's because of Ray that you can't do that…" Kiana completely ignored the part about her brattiness.

"Of course it's him. You don't have the means or techniques to overcome me by yourself. I am a Herrscher and you are just a human girl. Though now it's different. You are Herrscher just as much as I am.

Regardless, this is not what I wish to tell. What I want to say is that I was alive before you were. I became I Herrscher when I was just slightly older than you are.

When I unleashed Chaos on this world the cultists sent their force to stop me.

The force consisted of the strongest Valkyrie and several squads of others, I even fought against the traitorous First Herrscher… Not that I can say the same for myself.

Raynold is just too persuasive." The white-dressed Herrscher shook her head. It was not the time to remember all that. She needs to deliver a point here.

"What I want to say is that this 'Strongest Valkyrie' had a Husband. His name is Siegfried Kaslana. Do you get the point?"

Kiana's eyes widened now she understands!

"You know who my mother is!?"

"Yes and No. As I said before you have been created to be my vessel. This means you are a clone. A clone of the daughter of Siegfried Kaslana and Cecilia Schariac."

"A clone?"

"A copy. Though… Don't get sad or angry about this. There is no point. You might be a copy but by this point, you are greater than their original daughter. You have my power and Raynold. Doubt your original could ever get such an incredible hand in her life."

For a second she was sad but then she heard how Sirin was of all people giving her a pep talk!? The Queen of Void, the 2nd Herrscher is giving a pep talk…

She snorted for a bit.

"If you are giving me a pep talk I guess there is nothing to be sad about."

*Hmph!*

"Don't get used to it. Brat! The only reason I am doing this is to make sure our Raynold doesn't do something stupid when he learns of this information. Who knows what he will do to these so-called 'cultists'?

You do care about those Valkyries, don't you?

That's why this is something you have to explain yourself."

Kiana smiled slightly when she heard that. It appears Sirin does care about her.

In her unique way…

"I guess I will have to find a way to tell him about me… He doesn't like the whole technology stuff…so I don't truly know how to explain to him."

"Well, you are the one who is in charge of the body. So it's up to you how you will tell him. For now, though, let's practise."

As the Golden eyed Herrscher said the classic music started to sound in the background it was time…to practise wedding!

Kiana for a second was baffled…after telling her all that heavy stuff she still wants to play this!?

At that moment the main doors of the church opened and a tall man entered.

Kiana's eyes widened. This guy. He looked like Raynold… However, there was a key difference.

He was all grown up!

When Sirin saw him she licked her lips. She might have been the one who 'designed him' but seeing him in 'person' was completely different!

"T-This…"

The grown-up version of Raynold walked over to Kiana and Sirin.

"Kitten, you look very beautiful today."

At that moment Kiana's eyes widened, and some blood started to run down from her nose. His deep voice was super effective on the girl. She could barely control herself and not just drop on her ass.

"...R-R-Ray…"

The moment she said that he smiled and put his much bigger hand on her cheek and stroked.

This was… too much…

At that moment she quite simply passed out.

Sirin just sighed and the entire dream world that moment shattered. It appears her fun is over.

"I guess we can practise tomorrow."

Kiana slowly opened her eyes. She was feeling drowsy and quite weird. She could feel some wetness on her lips. It tasted like…iron?

Her hand brushed it off and checked what it was. It was blood!

A questioning look appeared on her face. What just happened?

She only needed a moment to recall what it was!

That's right! There was a church and she saw…

At that moment an atomic blush appeared on her cheeks!

Holy! What she saw made her lose her mind!

[You liked it didn't you?]

'What the hell! How did you make HIM look like that!?'

[Not hard, used his father's image with a little bit of his specific sprinkle. Nothing too audacious, your reaction was all I needed to know that I got it just right.]

Kiana had a weird look on her face. She was quite shocked by her reaction to seeing him. It was a complete surprise. Mixed with the fact that they were in church… ready for a wedding…

It was too much for her amateur and pure heart.

"Tell me about it… it was a complete surprise." As the white-haired girl said that she got up from her bed and proceeded to sneak out of her room and go to the bathroom she does want anyone to see her with a bleeding nose. Especially since she is garbage at laying. Not with all revelations about her not being his sister. It would just make her even more embarrassed.

[You do know…that you are the only person in this house who doesn't know about the whole thing? Raynold genius he is known from the very beginning that you were not adopted.]

'T-Then the whole thing with those hugs and all those cuddles…'

"I need a cold shower!"

Internally Sirin just sighed. Why is her host just blunt…and even dull… Why didn't she end up with someone sharper?

It would be so much easier to plan her…their wedding…

After a quick shower, Kiana returned to her room and started to dress up for school. When she was in the kitchen she saw Raynold eating while reading a book.

This was his usual routine. He was already training. Training his mind while his body is resting. It was either this or that.

Though he quickly noticed her behaviour.

It was like he could see through her like a window or a mirror.

"What is it? Something happened."

[You are so bad at this it's embarrassing.]

'Shut up! It was big for me!'

[It wouldn't have been if you were to pay attention back then!]

'Says who? I was paying attention! Only that they were using big words I have no idea about!'

[Regardless, you need to say something otherwise HE is going to get worried.]

'Fine!'

"This…is…quite embarrassing to talk…"

Kiana just smiled for a bit. Before gathering her courage and eventually starting to talk about it. She is feeling quite ashamed, being Kaslana and not having the courage to talk!

"Like?" Now he was very curious about what she was talking about.

"S-S-Since I am not your adopted s-s-s-sister I can become your wife!!!"

Eventually, she said it. She was blushing like a tomato and taking deep breaths. Honestly, she nearly transformed in the kitchen.

"...Wow…you're already thinking that far ahead?" He was quite shocked…he didn't expect her to plan that far ahead…

"...Sorta?"

"Hmm…I don't know…if you could evolve from my kitten position… I mean the title of a wife is a big thing… It's like being on equal footing. But so far we were like a teacher and a student."

[You heard him! If you want to be his wife I say it's time for you to grind and cultivate!]

Sirin quite furiously said to her. She doesn't want to hear excuses!
