Mana

The starting days of the journey in the luxurious space inside the silver bubble were nothing less than a fun time for the thirteen-year-old Rin.

Especially her soul which was that of a 29-year-old earthling.

2 days and 7 hours had already passed since the trip had started.

Rin who was walking around the hall inside the bubble soon reached one of the ends from where she glanced around to look outside of the silver bubble.

"Wow!"

Rin exclaimed while looking at the dragons that were flying beside the one she was in.

This was one of the differences that the silver bubble had with the blue door.

'I can see outside the bubble.'

Rin mumbled as she remembered all the different things she had seen by simply looking outside of the bubble.

From Giant Kingdoms, the land of these Kingdoms was so vast that it took hours to be covered even when the dragon, they were on, was flying at a very high speed.

The kingdoms were just the start as what followed such a grand sight were the amazing yet mysterious beasts that would be seen flying around the silver bubble from time to time.

It was like they were tagging along for some time.

More than 200 dragons of the same breed, but from different kingdoms, were now flying side by side, with each of them heading to the same destination.

In the last two days of flying on the dragon, Rin had seen more than 40 different kingdoms on their way to the Kingdom of Aztlan.

"I didn't know that the relation of the three races was still so hostile, even after the Kingdom of Aztlan was formed."

Rin mumbled as she remembered what Ron and Evelin had taught her in the last two days.

Even though the three races may already be living together in many kingdoms, but still being careful wasn't a bad thing at all. The hate in some of their hearts wasn't against a single entity instead it was against the whole race.

Some vampires hated the humans just because they were the ones who had brought up the idea of a joint kingdom. When it was just the top echelon, specifically a few people from among the humans who had made the decision and not the whole of humanity.

Rin was still looking outside while thinking about the knowledge she had acquired till now.

Ron, one who had survived the many wars, and Evelin who was raised in the tragic upbringing by the humans as they aimed to use her as their tool, couldn't help but be wary of how the world may have changed.

"Hmm."

Rin lowered her gaze and found two more dragons from the kingdom they were flying by, joining behind their dragon.

'The silver bubbles on those two are way bigger than ours.'

Rin compared the silver space on top of the two dragons with her's with a mesmerizing smile on her face.

"If that sword was here, then it would be cursing at me for calling them dragons."

She mumbled as she remembered the iris which had the shape of a brown sharp sword surrounded by the dreamy blue pupil.

'Tap, Tap.'

Right, when she was lost in her thoughts, two different sounds of footsteps were approaching her.

"What is our daughter thinking about?"

Evelin asked Rin as she gently patted her head.

"Just looking around."

Rin answered her mother while pouting.

Ron also stood there as he squinted his eyes at the many dragons flying in the same direction.

"Just how much have the things changed?"

He questioned with worry in his eyes.

'I hope my decision won't land us in a storm.'

Ron wondered as he shook his head as he tried to get rid of his worries.

The two out of the remaining three days of the journey were very pleasing for Rin.

She had already gotten quite close to the young beast tamer, Francis Ballad, and his assistant Bella who was an apprentice Beast Tamer.

While looking outside of the silver bubble,

"It's like we are going on a war."

Rin said while staring at the thousands of Shen Long's descendants around the dragon she was on.

According to Francis Ballad, all of these people were going towards the Kingdom of Aztlan for only two reasons.

[ To let their kids join the Asgard Academy ]

[ To witness the start of a new Legend ]

One of the two reasons aligned with why Rin wanted to go, while she didn't care about the legend of the academy at all.

While Francis was also going to the Kingdom of Aztlan for the academy but with a different invitation.

Unlike the invitation that Ron had gotten, which self-destructed, the invitation of Francis was of a different category.

[ A teaching invitation scroll ]

Francis was invited to take on the role of one of the first teachers of the Asgard academy.

Rin had been shocked before when Francis was telling her this but after knowing the origin of Francis, she understood that Francis Ballad wasn't just a simple beast tamer like that of the vampires and the werewolves.

Rin who was thinking of the past two days, shook her head as she looked out of the silver bubble while slowly opening her mouth.

"In the last thirteen years, the biggest change that the center of the continent has gone through is the sudden appearance of mana."

Rin recalled what Francis had told him.

"Not only that, every race has been divided on their potential when it comes to sensing and controlling that mana."

Rin continued to revise the content of information that Francis had told her but this was just the beginning of how the World had changed in the last thirteen years which aligned with the time of Rin's birth.
