I need to keep everything smooth. I don't want them to know that I'm planning to find their so-called dark secret. If ever they will know about it, there's a big possibility that they'll confront me and lie again and again.

PLAN NUMBER TWO

•Connection!

I need to find out the people they are talking about. So I would be able to connect details. I also made a list of names that are mentioned in their conversations.

PLAN NUMBER THREE

•Secretly check Adi's offices.

This is a huge risk. If I get caught I'll be busted. I can't just make an excuse about it. and Adi is a smart man, he isn't that kind of guy that I can easily trick on. I just need the right timing and I'll check some of his files. Let's just hope this goes well.

But what would be my reaction if I find out about it? Will it be fine for me? or it will be a nightmare for me?

I can't just predict my reaction. Come to think of it, I still don't know what they're hiding from me. But it hurts when I think about it, don't they trust me? are they scared if I share their secrets with people? I can keep secrets too! and I don't share secrets from other random people.

I'm not stubborn!

I shivered when I heard a knock on my balcony. Who would knock on this hour! I glance at my clock, it's already 11 in the evening.

"Amae? You awake?" I sigh in relief knowing it's just Zeyt. Zeyt and I shared the same balcony, also Liv and Xyro. I close my notebook and hide it inside my drawer and immediately run to my balcony doors and open it. Revealing Zeyt on his pajamas.

I raise my brows. "Why?"

He smiled and showed me something. A box with canned beers. What the? He wants to drink with me!? I'm not even at the right age to drink alcohol! I'm still 14! and I have symptoms that can get worse if I drink that kind of liquid. What got into him?

I gave him a shocking look. "You know I can't dri-." He didn't let me finish.

"it's not like that!" He laughs. "I was hoping if your mini-fridge is empty so I could put some of my beers inside yours. Mine is already full."

I sigh and widen the door to let him enter. We all have a mini-fridge inside our room, but I don't usually use it, the only thing inside is my water bottle nothing else. I guide him to my mini-fridge. "Just put it here, I'm going to arrange it inside." I offered.

"Okie!" He cheered and put the box down. "Mind if I roam around your room?" He asks. Well, It has been a long time since one of my brothers went inside my room. I nodded and started arranging the canned beers.

"Why would you hide your beers, when you can just stick them on the kitchen fridge?" I can't help but ask.

"Adi doesn't like it when I buy canned bears. So I hide the beers inside my mini-fridge. Usually, I only buy one box but now I bought two. My friend is coming over the day after tomorrow. So yeah." He said while looking at some of my paintings.

Well, I can't blame Adi for that. The last time he got drunk inside the house, He destroyed all the glasses in the kitchen and he also smash our TV. I don't know what happen to him because I was just a kid, but he looks beat up. Adi was scolding him, while Xyro, Liv, and I was only watching. Liv was laughing his ass off because of what happened (still don't know why) Xyro was emotionless as always and me? confused. Until now I still can't understand. Lol.

While I put the last canned beer inside the fridge, I heard him cursed multiple times making me glance at him. My brows creased when I saw he was holding a black feather. It was one of does feathers that I got from I don't know who guy, or it could be a she.

"Hey... you okay?" I ask when I notice he wasn't even moving nor breathing, he was only looking shook at the feather.

He slowly moves his head to me and asks. "W-whe-re d-did you got t-this?" He ask with the most shakey tone I ever heard from him, I almost couldn't understand him.

"Oh, someone sent me ten of that for two days. With a message on it, even though I still don't have an idea who." I said casually. "Why? Do you know who might send me that?" I ask.

But He didn't answer instead He get his phone from his pocket and leave like I wasn't there. Why is he acting weird like that?

He just saw the feathers and started to freak out. I was going to follow him but before I could take another step when I realized something.

Is that possible?

Feathers...

THAT TIME DOESN'T REVEAL.

DON'T JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES

SEEK FOR THE TRUTH. BE A DETECTIVE

OF YOUR OWN.

The message must be meant for my brother's secrets! It's telling me to find what's their secrets! their dark secrets. I'm so dumb, not finding this out soon. I was thinking too much that I didn't think right! I'm positive about this.

The way Zeyt react to the feather, it's like he has seen a knife with blood on it. I don't know exactly what he's thinking but I know he's gonna tell the others about it.

Wait... that also means...

The sender must be... targeting them. The bad guys of that point make it easier. But... why do they want to know about it?

And it's would be easier if they told me directly, not sending a message that I didn't even understand for a moment.

But know... I understood all of it.

They want me to find out about... MY BROTHER HIDDEN SECRETS.
