New world of my choice...

"I can't..." I said with skepticism...

My mom was gawking at me for a while with awe...I know I am the most unpredictable being in this universe...firstly when she asked me then I resisted and now when it's just a few minutes to go then I am agreeing with them that 'I can't go'...

What a stupid girl I am!!!

But...

She smiled

"Of course, you can..."

Wait!!! Is she really my mom??? because my mom didn't want me to go at any cost but now she is wholly changed...

She opens the door of the car beside me...

And She bends herself to see my confused tensed face apparently...she places her hand under my chin moving my head upwards to meet her gaze...

Without any uncertainty and with her precise eyes she speaks... encouraging me

"Run... or I will catch you"

Really!!! now??? When I was too small she used to say this...and as soon she speaks it I would run as fast as I could like I don't want to come in her hands....and I never arrive in her hands...

I am not a weak girl, I have to run!!!

I smiled looking at her face which was as clear as an open book...My tears run down my eyes without my will which she gently rubs off...

"Go...." She said like she was saying 'Go now or I will never let you go...'

With very little courage,

I put my shaken steps outside the car...it felt like I was stepping into a new world...

But this time it didn't felt that deplorable as that before...

And of a sudden...

"Flight to New Orleans leaving in a minute..." the announcement was made inside the airport...

As soon as I heard the announcement...my heart started to pump faster than ever...

Now or never, Willy!!!

My dad had already loaded my luggage inside the airplane and came out smiling surprisingly.

"Come, baby girl..."

I knew both of them were really sad but for my sake, they were smiling. They wanted me to live my life in my way...

"I will miss you..."

I embrace them tightly...I didn't want to leave them at any price but the time was running...faster than ever...

"Run, sweetie..." my mom whispered in my ear with a sad smile...

I jerk back from the embrace-the heat of my loving family...I had to run...

It's now or never!!!

Before I could make a move to run... I glance at my lovely most supportive parents for the last time with my hot wet burning eyes...

And I smiled back with a promising voice

" I promise I will..."

As they listened to my words their smile and chest got much wider with pride...like they were about to say that 'That's my girl!!!'

But...the time was already running out...

No time for any other melodrama!!!

I took my mini backpack or simply 'purse' from dad in haste but he didn't forget to give me a goodbye kiss on my temples...I didn't want to go away from this one happy family but I have to for the sake of me...I concluded.

And I started to make a quick run suddenly, my mom screams excitingly waving her right hand high in the air gesturing 'Bye'...

"Don't forget to call!!!"

"of course!!!" I replied still rushing through the portal of my previous life to a new life of mine...

It was already 6:59 am...

How I am going to make it???

But as they say ' When there is a will then there is a way '

I run to every check post without any breaks

No one can stop me today!!!

I run like a bullet shooted at a speed of 1500 miles per hour which was aimed straight into the flight...

The jet bridge was still opened but not for long. The flight attendant was about to close the door...

"W-Wait!!!"I scream urgently.

And thank god in the meantime that lady turns to scan for the origin of the scream...

As expected she was shocked to see me, running horribly at a high speed who was about to crash into her.

But fortunately, I didn't bump into her and halt in front of her gasping for air...

"I-I am also...on the plane"

She was still confused looking at my condition...

The redness in my eyes was not yet gone and my hairs were alright but still messy, I guess...

"Um...Your ticket and passport, Mam"

I took out my passport and ticket... luckily which I pack them the night before.

And it over to her...

She examined my ticket and passport carefully matching with her records.

And then her lips curled up in a smile like she was lastly convinced...

"Miss Willow Stone....welcome aboard"

I smiled with relief.

Finally!!!

I lifted my right foot to step into the flight...

I felt like I am keeping my step into a new world... the world of my decisions...

But a slight hesitation was still burning inside me. I peeped behind me to look for my dear parents one last time but they were not there probably they didn't want me to change my decision at the last moment by looking at their sad faces...I didn't want to go without saying one last goodbye to them but the flight was already delayed because of me.

I had to go...now...

I step into the flight without any further hesitation...

Into a new world of my choice...
