Chapter Ninety-five 

Ying Zetian had her men done up a light replicate of the emperor's throne and had it carried onto the platform where she and Tang Wudi will be sitting for the ascension ceremony. Ying Zetian had her men announced the changes that will be carried out in terms of law and name changes of the imperial couple and dynasty. Ying Zetian had her dynasty name change to Wu Zhao from Tai Ping and her new era name as TianHan. And Ying Zetian will be the Zetian TianDi emperor while Tang Wudi will be the empress consort Wudi TianSheng.

Normally an emperor ascension to the throne will be ended with a respected elder in the royal family placing the emperor twelve tasseled crown on the new emperor's head. But since Ying Zetian already had the whole Tang royal family including the remaining of the Ying family killed, Ying Zetian thus chooses a different way. Ying Zetian choose Changan's most respected citizen to do the honors of placing the crown for both her and Tang Wudi as another way of also adding more credence to her and her dynasty.

Once the ceremony of her ascension and her wedding is over, Ying Zetian and Tang Wudi went to change into causal wear and join into the celebration. Ying Zetian had the palace servants, and her men add tables to the empty land in front of the city of Changan for a celebratory banquet. This is another way that Ying Zetian thought of to ensure that the imperial couple does not seem too cold to their citizens by having them join in the celebration. Of course, this is to encourage people to not be afraid of the new royal family and report of any suspicious activities or injustice to the secret police that Ying Zetian had set up using her own men.

Ying Zetian being of the modern world always disagree with the secret police that was set up by emperors of the imperial dynasties as she always thought it too overboard. But now when Ying Zetian never thought that she a plump and loser from the modern world will in an ancient world, stand to rule a country before the age of twenty. Ying Zetian is starting to get afraid and having a deeper understanding of why the emperors of imperial dynasties always have secret police. There are just too many dangers surrounding her and thus Ying Zetian gave in to the need to build a secret police force that belongs to the imperial couple only.

Ying Zetian knew Tang Wudi was acting when he started to act like a baby in front of her because she was not paying enough attention to him. But Ying Zetian being a normal person at heart was a sucker for Tang Wudi especially when he puckered his lips and was like a fragile beauty that is waiting for her to bully. Zhang Qubing sigh when he looks at his sister who was raring to go and bully her new husband despite being beet red from the wolf whistles of her people.

And here Zhang Qubing thought that his men were overreacting when he complains of his younger sister marriage and his brother-in-law. Now that is karma for himself, Zhang Qubing thought and vow to wait for the day and laugh at Tang Wudi while he was preparing for the marriage of his own children. Ying Zetian is his younger sister and could do no wrong in Zhang Qubing eyes, so he was wishing the worst for Tang Wudi.
