Chapter one hundred and three 

Three days later

Ying Zetian is emperor of Wu Zhao for less than a year and she hates talking to people so she will get anxious at facing such occasions that she will be facing tomorrow. Ying Zetian needs to deal with ambassadors from You Ye and Rouran. At least Ying Zetian was thinking that she does not need to deal with the ambassador from Qitan as she had already killed him and his followers and cut off their heads and sent them back to Qitan in slight retaliation for the attack they launched on Changan.

Tang Wudi was as usual circling Ying Zetian in his embrace while they were sleeping. Tang Wudi sense that Ying Zetian was anxious and awake so he said "My dear Ying er, closed your eyes so at least you can rest slightly. The only butterflies I will allow you to generate is about me and no other issue or matters could cause any form of butterflies in you. If not I will get angry and my hands will start to get itchy again.."

"Enough already, Wudi, I am not in the mood and the weather is extremely hot nowadays. So, can we not hug when we sleep? I wonder how you will fare when I am pregnant, and you cannot touch me nearing to eight months." Ying Zetian said as she was at the time of the month for women and the weather is still frustratingly hot despite there is a few blocks of ice in the room in a bid to cool down the room.

"Cannot, I need to feel my Ying er at all times when we sleep, if not I will not sleep well. And if I did not sleep well, my looks will be affected and my Ying er will not like me anymore. if not for the fact that we need babies to take over the empire, I will ensure that you will not get pregnant by any chance. And after that, there is no chance I will ever let you get pregnant again. And my Ying er is naughty enough to think so much means you are not tired enough. If not, you will sleep and have no energy to think so much. So, it is the duty of your husband to ensure you are tired enough" Tang Wudi said while he took the opportunity to launch an attack on his favorite body part of Ying Zetian, that nice set of bosoms.

Ying Zetian squeals at the sudden attack and at the fact that Tang Wudi cannot be pleased since it is the time of the month for her. But as usual, soon Ying Zetian could not think at all and could only go along with her emotions and react without thinking by using her hands to help Tang Wudi out.

Ying Zetian stretches her body when she wakes up and groan at the pain she felt in her back. Ying Zetian groan one more time at the fact that she remembers that she needs to wear her official emperor garment for one whole day today for the feast with the ambassadors from Rouran and You Ye. Tang Wudi large hands as per habit started to massage Ying Zetian's back causing her to groan in relief at her relaxed muscles. Ying one and Ying two busy themselves prepping Ying Zetian for the feast that will happen officially in two hours' time.

"My dear Ying er, wake up, you are salivating." Tang Wudi chuckle in amusement that will never change at the fact of seeing Ying Zetian will always be besotted with looking at him if she has the time to see him dressed up for any official occasions.

Ying Zetian absent mindedly wipe her mouth in habit and slip her hands into the almost plate sized hands of Tang Wudi while they walk onto the imperial sedan that will carry them to Daming Palace.

"I hope our kids will have your looks and not my looks. It will be terrible if they have my looks" Ying Zetian said

Tang Wudi patiently pats Ying Zetian's hands like he did every month when Ying Zetian emotions starts to get haywire every time of the month. Tang Wudi push apart the beads of Ying Zetian emperor's crown and pluck a kiss on her lovely lips and mentally sigh, it looks like this month Ying Zetian will get not so confident during the time of the month.

Tang Wudi said "I thought my Ying er said I just need to be responsible for staying at home and you will support me and I just need to be responsible for being the pretty one in the relationship. If my ying er look any better then she did now, other countries will go to war for you and not for the country."
