The horse rode to the gate of the camp after a while. Rosa went still the rest of the time; she forgot someone was holding her on the horse. This was not a new behavior to the people around her. She stays silent most of the time, but Darce saw the way she was looking at the emperor. He slackened his grip on her but made sure she did not fall on the sides.
‘Is she regretting being in the east camp?’ he watched her head going down.
He felt a bit jealous of her actions but kept them inside him. The horse stopped in front of the camp gate after the royal army entered.
Rosa jumped down the horse first; she kept her head down the whole time.
“Thank you, Sir.” She said in a low voice and stood on the back of the horse as Darce jumped down behind her.
