Something really interesting going on

“Is he seriously In-In?” Yoon-Hwa asked, shocked at the amazing transformation of Jae-In. “How come you become like this?” Yoon-Hea asked while grabbing his cheeks which no more had those fatty layers in them.

Se-Young was feeling second hand embarrassment because of Yoon-Hwa while Jae-In just chuckled. “Well, you became quite unrecognizable as well.” Jae-In said to Yoon-Hwa who had gained a lot of weight after the middle school.

“Yeah, yeah, you make fun of me too. It makes you guys two.” she glared at both of her friends and both of them chuckled at her weirdness.

Since Dong-Hoon can’t ask for any employee to act on his evil plan that will ruin his reputation. So, he decided to do it himself.

“Puncturing will not help. Then...” thinking of a valid reason he got rid of the car’s battery.

“A perfect plan.” he said laughing like a devil. “Of course, we can’t expect any less from this perfect face.” he caressed his chin looking into the car’s wing mirror.

Se-Young, Jae-In and Yoon-Hwa were together coming towards the parking lot.

Dong-Hoon scrunched his nose in anger looking at Jae-In. “Oh my God, who in the world was able to steal the battery.” he was shouting loudly so that his voice could reach Se-Young while his driver just stood there with utter confusion.

But Se-Young being herself ignored him and he scoffed when she did not even spare a glance towards him and now, he needed to be more than shameless. “Thank goodness I saw you here Se-Young.” he ran towards the trio.

Se-Young looked at her right and then at left and then again towards Dong-Hoon. She pointed her index finger towards her face. “Are you talking to me?” she asked raising her eyebrows.

“Of course. Whose name is Se-Young.” he had that weird and awkward smile that was creeping her out.

“Actually, dad has urgently asked for me and I can’t go in my car. Can you please give me a ride?” 'I was never this shameless.' that was the thing going in Dong-Hoon's head. He had to take his father’s name knowing she will not just help him for no reason.

Before Se-Young could open her mouth, Jae-In jumped into the conversation. “How about I give both of you a ride.” he suggested.

Dong-Hoon rolled his eyes. 'Who are you to give me a ride.' he said in his mind glaring at him. “Your house is on the opposite route.” Dong-Hoon said with a victory smile.

“How... do you know.?” Jae-In asked in confusion.

“You work in my Hotel.” Dong-Hoon made him remember that and although Dong-Hoon was their Hotelier but still why would he remember the route to his house. Jae-In felt really odd, he did not know that Dong-Hoon had search and scraped his bio all night.

Yoon-Hwa was looking at Dong-Hoon and then at Jae-In then again at Dong-Hoon and then at Jae-In, Dong-Hoon, Jae-In, Dong-Hoon, Jae-In. 'There is something really interesting going on.' she smirked to herself, thinking about she would be getting some topics of gossips.

“No worries Jae-In. I don’t want him to... I mean I don’t want to bother you.” Se-Young said to him.

“It is not a bother.” he said ruffling her hair. Dong-Hoon had his jaw hung low looking at that guy’s boldness and as for Se-Young, she felt weird whenever he did that. He might have remembered her for the last thirteen years but she forgot about him and not to forget that he was not that chubby In-In from their childhood, being casual like before would take her some time.

Saying their goodbyes Jae-In and Yoon-Hwa left from there and placing her hands on her hip Se-Young gave a sharp glare to Dong-Hoon. “What?” he asked innocently blinking at her.

“I find it really weird that with such a security someone stole your car’s battery.” Se-Young said and moved towards her scooty. “Well, it can happen.” Dong-Hoon mumbled following her.

“I am only giving you a ride because of uncle. Don't get any idea in this empty head.” she pointed towards his head. “I will not.” he said innocently, lifting his hands slightly in the air, indicating lack of any evil intents.

She lifted the seat and got the extra helmet out of the storage trunk and handed it to him and hopped on the scooty after pushing the seat back down. Dong-Hoon was just looking at her how she was wearing her helmet and handling everything. Everything was going in slow motion like always whenever he was focused on her.

“Hop on or I will leave you here.” she said getting him out to reality and turned the key to spark the engine.

...

“I can’t believe I am helping a jerk.” Se-Young said loudly.

“A jerk... me?” Dong-Hoon asked raising his eyebrows at her even though her eyes were on the roads, both of their voices were loud enough for each other to be heard.

“Who else... have you forgotten how you made fun of me when my scooty's suddenly stopped working that day.” she made him remember that day when he offered his help for a ride and then made fun of her, making him guilty of his actions.

“Oh... that.” he laughed awkwardly. “I already told you, I am sorry about everything.” he apologized yet again.

“Saying sorry would not change things.” she scoffed. “But I also saved you and took care of you during the vacations, have you ever seen someone calling their savior a jerk?” he pouted sadly.

Clearing her throat, she said, “I also said thank you at that time and you were willingly taking care of me.” she mumbled the last part rolling her eyes.

“What? I was not able to hear you.” he shouted and she started to laugh all of a sudden. “Why are you laughing?” he asked confused.

“Nothing, I said thank you.” she said through the laughter, making Dong-Hoon smile.
